If I could give them 0 stars I would

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I’ve been going back and forth with the “AI” customer service bot for 5 months now. I have not received product since October and every time I’m told my complaint will be escalated to the appropriate person and my account out on hold they charge me again…and don’t send a thing. They owe me $150 at this point. Tried to call during business hours and get a message saying no one is available. Absolutely horrific experience

DO NOT BUY FROM KLOVA!

I needed to buy more Klova patches. I ordered and set up a subscription, but never received the initial order. They did, however, charge my credit card, which I thought was illegal when the product is not sent.

After 2 weeks, I tried to call the company, but they never answered. I tried completing the contact form online, and got a response saying "We owe you an apology. Due to unexpected supply chain constraints, your recent order may have been delayed and we know that's frustrating.
We're truly sorry for the inconvenience and want to be upfront with you about what's happening. We’re working with our supply chain and partners to get you your order as soon as possible."

I responded that I want my money refunded and the subscription cancelled. As of today, I haven't received another response, and my subscription is still listed as active on their website. I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Product works, but No longer available. Company would not issue a refund, does not response to emails, phone disconnected. Customer service does not exist.

Where is my order? Is this company still in business?

I’ve been a loyal Klova customer for years with a monthly subscription for their sleep gummies, and this is completely unacceptable. My order was placed on 12/8/25 and never arrived. Since then, I’ve emailed the company daily with no response and no refund.

Even more concerning, their phone number no longer accepts calls, making it impossible to reach anyone. At this point, it feels less like a delay and more like the company has simply taken my money and disappeared.

Subscription customers deserve basic communication and accountability. Until Klova addresses these issues, I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from them.

Klova is no longer a trustworthy company

Klova was once a legitimate company. I was very pleased with my subscription for 5 years. Recently, however, the company took a turn for the worse.

I ordered $160 worth of products and never received it. Every email address they have is now invalid. There was no response to my attempted chat for weeks. When I did get a response it was to tell me my subscription was about to renew. Knowing they never sent my purchase at all!!!

I’m very disappointed that this company would take my money and never ship my purchase.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! I have repeatedly have tried to cancel the subscription over the last 5 months and they say they can’t find my account even though I they have my address. I provided them all the information. Still to this day it has not been resolved. I have to go to my bank and cancel my debit card for them not to charge me. Buyer beware!
