They don’t deliver anything

Absolutely useless and unefficient agent
Stay away from them

Paid a lot for the box and very little was in it. Took 2 months to arrive. The one good thing in the box had tape over a section of white fabric where the print had been missed, clearly trying to cover it up. Would not order again. :(

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. What a load of junk. I spent $62 on a very, very low quality tshirt, a pack of ramen, a pack of chocolate sweets and a couple stickers of her favorite kpop group. HUGE RIP-OFF. Took over a month to arrive and to find out it is from CHINA not Korea! Avoid at all costs. Customer service is a zero, they could care less if you liked it or not. You are stuck with it.

Just terrible customer service -no responses to emails or online comments. I've been charged another 350 CDN for something I thought was canceled. The boxt was cheaply made up, I would have been better off going to a local Korean market for snacks and just buying 7 or 8 albums for my kid.

This company needs reporting to the authorities as a scam. Placed order back in Nov 22, money was taken immediately. Feb 23 still yet to receive box. All communication has ceased so it looks like no refund is coming my way. Save you money and time people they are a bunch of con artist's.

Wow! words fail me. Ordered the box thinking it would be fun to try it. Waited for over a month to receive it. I've never been so so disappointed in something I've ordered the box cost £50 plus postage. All the items were unofficial merch that you can buy on wish the best bit of it was the actual box. I wrote to them asking for a refund and how to return the box. They wrote back 5 days later saying that they don't do refunds. It's so bad I wouldn't advise wasting your money

Would have given zero stars if I could. What a complete waste of money!
Overpriced TAT.

Honestly amazing. It does take a bit to arrive but it’s definitely worth it. I got the stray kids one and was not disappointed. So much stickers, so much pcs, snacks, (unofficial) merch. It was great. STRAY KIDS EVERYWHERE ALL AROUND THE WORLD

I had ordered an official Carat Bong from their website after they stated that they were verified. When I received the order, it was already damaged both on the outside and inside of the box. The border of the lightstick was warped and wrist strap broke within minutes. KlootBox gave me a refund but refused to let me mail it back to them claiming they are having issues verifying that their product is official. Please do not order from them they had me pay $77 for a counterfeit product.

I received my box two months after it was posted, which I think is too long. Also the items were okay but not really worth the money, I chose a size bigger than needed for a t-shirt, but it was way too small. Definitely won't be ordering another one.
