I held off for a little bit on ordering but after I did the order came within a week which was reasonable and they smell great thank you

My most recent order is fine “so far”. I hope it isn’t like the two bottles I received a month or so ago. The nozzle stopped working. I questioned it and was told to take the nozzle off and soak them. Only the very top comes off and after soaking for a few days as advised, they are still not working. This hasn’t happened beforehand and I hope it doesn’t this time. It’s very frustrating to say the least. Spent $79 only to have the bottles clog up.

I joined the VIP+ Membership around Black Friday and purchased a few bottles. My first warning should’ve been when I didn’t receive the package and had to fight so hard to get the replacement. However the reason I signed up was for the free gift every 3 months, so I said I would wait and see what it was. After 3 months of waiting nothing arrived I reached out and spoke to Paulyn who confirmed that I should be receiving the free gift but wasn’t seeing it and confirmed the details of my membership and asked for more time. I waited and 3 months later no gift still Paulyn says keep waiting at 9 months with no gifts and over $500 charged to my credit card I decided to file a dispute but am not able to recover anything past 120 days. This is super shady business practice and the fact that the free gift doesn’t come until after the 120 days makes it impossible for you to recover your initial payment. This company is a complete scam stay away from them and do not believe anything they say. If you have not passed the 120 mark file a dispute and get away from this company before it’s too late and you end up with a $500 loss and $200 in store credit that’s absolutely useless. Worst experience and taking advantage of people especially a disabled veteran should not be tolerated or allowed to do business in this country

I ordered one of their colognes to try. My order summary showed the cologne I ordered, but there was also Klone+ automatically in the cart. It had a price listed as Free and had text saying "billed every month." I assumed it was a free membership based on the way it was presented.

The next day, I received a new email charging me $1.95 saying my VIP Club Membership is active and after a 30 day trial, I will be charged $29/month which will become "store credit."

Unfortunately, I missed this email and didn't realize I had been signed up until I received the $29 bill after the 30 days.

This is a very deceptive practice and I won't buy another product from them in the future.

No shipping updates, ordered 7/27/2026 and still nothing. Sent multiple messages to them with no response

I had an incident where the product was delivered damaged. One of the bottles was cracked and I hadn’t had time to follow up with Klone Scents about it. I figured it wasn’t on them. It was on the delivery company. So I filed a complaint with the delivery company and sent video of the package being flung onto my porch.

I pretty much figured it wasn’t on Klone Scents so I didn’t bother reaching out and telling them about the damaged product.

They reached out to me and mentioned that they have had issues with items arriving damaged. I responded and said that I did have a package arrive damaged. One of the bottles arrived cracked and I just offered some feedback on packaging and left it at that.

They responded immediately and said that they would make it right. They asked that I send a picture of the damage. I sent the same one I sent to the delivery company and I said don’t worry about it. It’s not your fault but for reference. Here is a picture.

they responded again telling me that they shipped out a new bottle.

This was above and beyond what I was expecting. I figured I paid for 2 bottles and got the 3rd one free and the free one was the one damaged and I still got what I paid for.

It is now on its way.

Regarding the actual scent comparison. I own the originals of all scents I bought alternatives to. I wanted to see how a $40 clone compares to the $400-$500 originals I own.

The scent is close but not 1:1. I would say about an 75-80% after dry down. It does last longer than the original and I think it’s an excellent option. Don’t expect a true 1:1. The Klone Scent is 10% of the actual cost of the original. If you go in with that understanding. You will be pleased with the product.

I reviewed both of their versions of LV Imagination and Creed Adventus. I will update my review once the bottle of MFK BR540 arrives.

I was skeptical about the fragrance and lasting time of the cologne at first. After I tried out the cologne it truly amazed me. The lingering scent stays with you throughout the day and night. It is a clean and masculine scent that get complemented.

The colognes were shipped within a reasonable amount of time, plus the communication on them was excellent! The scents were all amazing and they last the entire day! Also, I was very please with the spray nozzle, the atomizer, it sprayed in a very fine mist and worked better than some expensive colognes I own! Overall, I am very pleased with my purchases and plan on buying from Klone again in the future!

The Imagination clone was very good. I had, just 3 days before receiving my shipment from you, tried Creed Aventus at their Ceaser’s mall in Las Vegas and was familiar with how the cologne smelled. What I received did not resemble the cologne it was supposed to be a clone of. Although my wife does like it, so we will be keeping it. That was my only complaint.

Good luck getting any type of customer service, they try to secretly sign you up for their Klone+ membership and then trying to cancel is a nightmare there’s no phone contact no live chat, nothing. Only a email address that they don’t reply to, as well as if you need to cancel your order or send it back etc it’s the same story they will not get back to you. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped, emailed them 5/6 times over two days and never got a response and then my order shipped out still. They purposely make it hard to cancel or return/refund so they can keep your money. The Kline+ membership they sneakily sign you up for when you order something is the only thing that has an actual link to cancel and even then it asks you 3-4 times “are you sure” and switches the continue and cancel buttons around each time to make it annoying as possible. Screw this company. I originally was going to reorder later on (had an emergency come up and didn’t need to spend the extra money atm) but after seeing how they operate I will never order from them. They are a predatory retailer.

EDIT: Klone replied to this review saying that they would refund me in full and I didn’t have to send back the 3 colognes I ordered and to mention the review when I emailed their support…I emailed them and first received a reply saying my product was delivered and I shouldn’t have any issues? Not sure if they can read, and then after I provided them with proof of the review and reiterated that I wanted my refund they tried offer me 50% and to keep the items. I already declined the delivery when it arrived so it was sent back (which I kept full video proof of because they try to play dirty which is what I will prove right now) and then they haven’t replied since I provided a screenshot and link to this review AND NOW I get an update saying Klone replied to my review again,and I look and KLONE EDITED THEIR REPLY SO IT NO LONGER HAS THEM APOLOGIZING AND TELLING ME I CAN HAVE A FULL REFUND. The reply that’s up now is completely different, I’m glad I have a screenshot of the original DO NOT USE KLONE THEY ARE PREDATORY AND WILL USE ANY TACTIC TO KEEP YOUR MONEY

Very good cologne an very good price smells amazing

really easy to find what i was looking for and got exactly what i wanted. the shipping also came in very fast

I found shipping was a little bit long. BUT I thought Klone scents was just great marketing but to my surprise Rouge Atlantic smells exactly like Baccarat Rouge 540. Like exactly!! Side by side comparison. The Klone Scents scent also did last a full day! Even though shipping time wasn’t fantastic I WILL be ordering more and sharing my experience with this amazing scent with others.

Great fragrances! I was honestly surprised by the quality. The LV clones have an opening that is a bit harsher than the originals, but still good, and the drydowns are great.
PS: The shipping does take longer than you would normally expect, but they are honest about it beforehand.

I am beyond impressed with this cologne brand. From the very first spray, the fragrance felt luxurious, sophisticated, and incredibly well-balanced.
What really stands out is the longevity. A few sprays in the morning last throughout the day without being overpowering. The quality is exceptional.
Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates a premium fragrance! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Receptive customers care. Product quality was decent. One scent was good for longevity and fragrance. The Bacarat Klone. The other two I got. Think the imagination and aventus, smell was average and longevity failed to meet expectation

Fast delivery and oh yeah the intensely incredible fragrances! Rouge Atlantic imagine this grows on you but royal adventus is my favorite
