It’s not just about throwing strong active ingredients at your skin, Klira decisively formulate their serums to minimise any irritation and it’s this that has certainly proved a game changer for me. They’ve taken the concept of personalised prescriptive skincare to another level with their screening program which identifies your skin type with 12 different levels. This means you are given exactly what you need at the correct doseage and the serum is delivered by post directly to your door. Klira also recommends specific cheap accompanying off the shelf products to complete your skincare regime because they believe the only thing worth splashing out on should be the serum which is a refreshing view to say they least. My skin has improved so much since I subscribed to Klira. It’s definitely worth a try!

I have been using Klira for about a year now and I can't recommend it enough, the thing I love about it is it's so simple to use just one product that in itself won me over I haven't got time to use all these different ones you see advertised which never worked anyway but this special is amazing cleared my skin especially the blackheads on my nose also my skin feels a lot clearer

I have been using Klira for over a year and have been so happy with the results! This is the best my skin has ever been! My rosacea is completely under control, I have only had very slight redness when I have eaten chilli sensations (self-inflicted!) and last week when it was so cold. The biggest difference I have noticed is the glow my skin has. It has been so easy to use, I have experienced next to no irritation. I've even been able to use it on my under-eye area with no dryness at all. For me what is different with Klira is the base is formulated specifically for you, which allows your skin to tolerate actives without irritation. In July 2022, I started the simple skin care personalised routine with Klira that I had wanted for a long time.

The initial assessment of my skin was straightforward and I was told very quickly which Skinsize I was.

As promised, my Klira arrives each month without any issues, so there is no break in treatment.

This is not a race, it's a marathon...
I did experience positive results very quickly in that previous to using Klira I frequently had milia that I had to have removed, now I don't have any. My skin texture improved rapidly - and that was quite a surprise as I had the skin (at the time) of a 59yr old, so I had to be open minded about how successful Klira would be. But, within eight weeks my skin texture had improved and I had a brighter complexion - a game changer too when it came to applying foundation and the longevity once it was on.

The reason why I said a marathon is because it takes longer to see the results for fine lines (around my eyes) and pigmentation both of which I have made a lot of progress with - My pigmentation has almost gone :)

Key here is don't give up, if you don't see all the results you want right away, keep going as you will.

I could not be more thrilled, after spending a fortune on products, clinic treatments and multiple prescriptions, in 4 weeks my Klira special has transformed my Rosacea. Yes it’s expensive but it’s leagues ahead of the other on line dermatology companies (2 of which I had already used) and I’m actually spending less on my skincare than before so probably balances out. I took the annual plan and had a brilliant on line appointment with a nurse who recommended some great products (all of which cheaper than I was using) and I learnt so much. Give it a go and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

I have rosacea and I was prescribed Azaleic Acid + Ivermectin + Tretinoin. I used Klira for around 6-7 months.

I love the packaging, service and the base formula - one of the very few formulas on the market that did not burn and sting my skin upon contact! It's amazing.

I worked for my pustules brilliantly. However, my skin still felt sensitive, red and hot while using Klira, which I accepted as just the way my skin was at the time.

Then about 6 months in I experienced a big breakout of pustules and paused Klira in favour of compound cream with just Ivermectin, and later Tretinoin + Ivermectin - my skin loved this so much more and calmed down almost instantly.

I switched back to my Klira a couple of months later and the sensitivity and redness returned within days.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel Klira and I'm back to using my compound Ivermectin + Tretinoin cream.

Klira is not able to customise the actives in this way for me at present.

I'd love to return one day for convenience and experience, but it seems that truly fussy rosacea skin needs more customisation than online subscription services can currently offer.

I have Rosacea; my skin is extremely sensitive and highly reactive. I was wary about using Klira as I have reacted so badly to other preparations over the years. However, I had gotten to the point of being so fed up with angry, sore, lobster skin, that I thought that I had nothing to lose.

How my face reacted to Klira:

1. In the first week my face prickled unpleasantly for 10 minutes after use, then calmed down.
2. In the second week, my skin tingled a bit for a few minutes after use, then calmed down.
3. In the third week onwards, no reaction at all.

The key is to take it slowly: every third night for a fortnight, then every other night for a fortnight, then nightly.

After just the first use my skin was smoother, and the texture of my skin radically improved within the first fortnight. The angry redness that I have endured for 20 years is visibly improving. Even my husband noticed the difference in the first week!

I was recommended several different cleansers and SPF with the system. It may take a little trial and error to find the combination that works best for you. Personally, I adore the Joseon Rice SPF - a lightweight, non-sticky lotion that doesn't irritate my skin or eyes. I have sought for years to find a great SPF, and this is the one for me.

I have just switched from monthly membership to annual as I am so pleased with the results.

I have lived for 20 years with a miserable condition, wasting goodness knows how much money on products that haven't worked ( or even caused further pain.) For me, Klira works and is worth every single penny.

I love the concept of KLIRA, It makes prescription grade skincare easy, accessible and affordable. I love the packaging, the product and the suggested supportive regimen. It’s early days in my journey but I’m looking forward to seeing how my skin progresses!

I agree with all the reviews I have read so far , I think I have a very informed opinion of this product because I have been using it for 10 months .
Why havent I left a review up until now?
I noticed that each month my skin was reacting differently so decided to hold back , the product had promised that my skin would begin to produce its own collagen, moisture & general younger looking skin .
With this in mind i felt like it would be best to write about it now that I can confidently say ...
IT WORKS !
The first 2 months there was a noticeable difference , like my skin had been exfoliated it had a nice glow , i was happy with that, but when I spoke to the qualified adviser at Klira I was told that my complexion would improve further ..
Month 3 & 4 , I noticed my skin was feeling a bit dry , irritated and had a reddish tone to it .. my sun sensitivity was increased , i wasn't sure if I wanted to carry on , again I sort advice and was told to really up my moisture application and of course SPF ..
I did that and then from month 5 to 7 that was my routine and I was still enjoying the "glow " which by now has become the norm , then by month 8 I started
to get pimples! I am 55 and even as a teenager i don't remember ever being afflicted ( apart from maybe hormonal outbreaks )
This was a weirdly pleasant phase because my skin felt youthful again ! They weren't stubborn spots , they just rose and disappeared by the next day . Again I checked in with Klira professionals and they reassured me that this was a really good sign , that now the product was penetrating a certain level of my skin and that these blockages had been there for years , this really made sense to me ( the science is way more interesting ! but im not going to attempt that.)
So just to conclude, now in my tenth month , my skin is the best it has ever been in my life ! My skin doesn't get dry , I don't feel I need an SPF ( but I do 50) and It suddenly occurred to me that I hadn't booked my quarterly filler and botox appointment ! Normally i'm counting the days down . I may not even bother , why , when i'm getting compliments about my the way i look.
I must emphasise, that this is a journey but that once you get to a certain point you will be wrinkle-free and actually look younger ...
I cant recommend Klira enough , its just so great that you do get what is promised and for once , as a woman , its so refreshing to not have one's intelligence under-minded by fake advertising and empty promises , i'm sure many can relate ..

I’ve found that Klira is an excellent product that is tailored for my skin. My skin texture and skin tone is hugely improved since I started it and my friends constantly make comments on how great my skin looks. I have not had any spots since starting.
