Bad communication
I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive in a week or so but after a week I didn't receive any updates or notifications regarding my order. I then contacted the customer service who adviced that actually the item I ordered was out of stock now and that it would likely arrive in the next 4 weeks or so. It would have been appropriate for them to let me know as soon as they realised this and not wait for me to start chasing the order. It was such a waste of time really. I haven't ordered from this shop before so can't comment if this is their usual practice but based on this experience I'd be wary of ordering again.
