It’s honestly hard to believe a company can operate like this in 2025.

I subscribed to try their AI video tool. When I tried to cancel, I discovered there is literally no cancel button. Nowhere. So I deleted my account. The site explicitly said that my subscription would be canceled. It wasn’t. They kept charging my card anyway.

I contacted support, and they asked me to send my bank statement just to cancel a $7 subscription. That alone is insane. I sent it because I just wanted this to be over. Their only response was: “Please wait patiently.” After that — nothing.

I’ve been following up for over a month. Multiple emails. Zero response.

At this point it’s not about the money. It’s about the way this is designed. No way to cancel, misleading messages, and total silence when you try to fix it. That’s not a mistake, that’s a system built to trap users. This is classic dark-pattern behavior.

I’ve already reported them to Stripe and started a chargeback through my bank. Learn from my mistake: stay away from Kling AI, or at the very least never give them your card details.

That 1.3 rating exists for a reason. I just wish I had checked it earlier.

AVOID at all costs! If you want to use it, use a PREPAID card and not your main one. They tried to charge my card 4 times, even though I canceled my subscription on the last day. I contacted them 3 times, but they don't read your emails; they just reply with templates for unrelated issues. Don't use your main card to pay for this service; you'll be charged every month if you don't use a prepaid card. This is why a prepaid card is used: to avoid scam companies like KLINGAI. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

its not great.. you can only generate 16 videos per month on standard plan.. there are other video gens out there that allow thousands a month for the same price.. they really need to give their customers more.. I will change this review to a 5 star one if they do that.

I tried to create a new account and I kept getting the "New tasks cannot be submitted temporarily the system is currently very busy to ensure service quality non member users cannot submit new tasks temporarily" error and no matter how long I wait or how many times that I log out and log back in, I get this same BS error. Kling AI really needs to fix this but I doubt they will. Another thing, when I previously had an account there, there would be times where you would be able to generate pretty much anything and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, it moderates literally everything you try to do without warning. So their moderation system is very random and horrible. I would not recommend using them unless you wanna go through this headache.

No Customer Service. Credits expire very fast.

I purchased the Pro plan in Kling AI specifically to generate 10-second image-to-video clips and extend them by 5 seconds using the Video Extension feature – clearly listed on the Pro plan page as included.

What happened after purchase:

In the Video 2.5 Turbo model (promoted as the latest), no Extend button appears next to clips.

In the dedicated Video Extender: message “This feature is unavailable for the selected content”.

Support initially claims the feature works for 2.5 Turbo (“dedicated extension flow”), then someone else says it doesn't due to “model constraints”. Contradictory messages from an incompetent team.

Lack of transparency:

Nowhere before purchase is there a table: “Video Extension works only in models 2.0/1.6, NOT in 2.5 Turbo”.

Pro plan description implies full access to features, without hidden model limitations.

Compensation request:

Asked for 3,000 credits to use the workflow in older models. Denied – “virtual services policy”, zero flexibility, despite admitting communication “could be clearer”.

Summary (1/5 stars):

Video technology is good, but plan descriptions are misleading.

Support is chaotic – different answers from different people.

Zero care for paying customers – just hiding behind terms.

Before purchase, it's IMPOSSIBLE to verify model-specific function limitations. Kling sets users up for frustration and credit waste. Avoid until they provide clear feature specs per model.

I wanted to try the "sensational" Kling AI service, registered, received a welcome bonus of 166 points, but was unable to create a single video. For the third day in a row, I have been receiving this message when attempting to generate content. "New tasks cannot be submitted temporarily The system is currently very busy, to ensure service quality, non-member users cannot submit new tasks temporarily. You can upgrade to a member to enjoy exclusive fast lanes, or choose to submit during off-peak hours." This service has a peculiar policy towards users who want to get acquainted with the product.

I bought credits from them to test the video generator. However, purchasing credits didn't give me a place in the queue, and I'm blocked from generating videos. Customer support refused to issue a refund. They're just scammers.

This site is just a big SCAM!!! One minute they allow certain types of image to video creations, and the next minute, out of nowhere, you can no longer do a damn thing without that stupid content violation BS [popping up on the screen. They do enough to get you locked in, then after you have spent your money, your content all of the sudden gets flagged. Even simplistic creation will no longer pass the AI BS content review. Don't waste your time or money. Go with someone else!!!

They wouldn't let me register with my usual email account. Instead, they forced me to register with (what they call) "a popular email provider", like GMail or Yahoo. For what it is, the service is extremely overpriced. And I can manage my account only on the smartphone where I have originally registered with - account management won't work on my PC in a browser.

Absolutely horrendous - bought ANNUAL subscription which wasn't picked up by the app and the customer support are playing dumb and cannot help with anything.
The way they conduct the business feels like fraud, please avoid them at any cost.

I would do a 0 star review I could, but sadly I can't. It's not really useful to use Kling to make videos when they don't actually let someone use the free service before paying. It's actually impossible, because no matter what time of day or what day of the week, things are "too busy" to let free users make anything and so they offer for you to use the paid version. I don't know about most people, but shitty business practices like that make me not want to use a service, let alone even consider paying for it. I'd rather be able to test the product to see if I like it before paying for it instead of the company trying to strong-arm me into paying for their service.

I was banned without reason. Probably an automated system. I haven't created any content that violates the agreement. Still: access denied. No explanation. Still have credits in my account wich I lost too.

If they're going to ban someone they should at least notify them and tell them wich part of the agreement or guidelines were violated.

Be careful or even better, don't bother.

I really don't understand the reviews here. I love KlingAI! I have had fantastic results and created excellent videos with it. I think in most cases, people expect to achieve great results with some sub-par prompts. It is a game of trial and error. Yes, you will loose credits on the way, but it helps you finetune the results. Good AI is not effortless. You still need to use your brain.

Bought one month standard plan, it’s not been two weeks yet, i was signed out i thought i can sign in, but when I tried it says not account on that email, but when i tried to reset it send me code, but no account! Keep away from these fraudulent apps. They’ve eaten all my credit left.

I made a fun short video for Chistmas. But while trying to add a simple element like the year 2026 in sparkels Kling didn't add anything. I tried 2 times, without succes and so I lost 100 credits in total for nothing. If the result is non existing or very bad. You shouldn't be losing your credits. All the video's and images made with Kling AI should mention also how much credits the final results are costing.

I purchased the Premium package specifically for the "Unlimited Mode." The service was defective and non-functional immediately after purchase. Support actually ADMITTED in writing that their "Unlimited Mode wasn't working as expected" during my purchase window.

Despite admitting the product was broken, they refused to refund my money, citing a "virtual goods" policy. They forced "store credit" on me instead of returning my funds, even though the service I paid for did not exist at the time of purchase.

If you are a freelancer or small business, do not trust this company. If their servers break, they will keep your money and offer you useless credits you didn't ask for.

Cancelled my subscription but had loads of credits left, I was going to carry on using credits and purchase when needed, tried to login and my account appears to be deleted. Tried to get in contact with support with no response, what happens to the $300 of credits on my account? Terrible service.
