I ordered a engagement ring, it was supposed to be done making the 25th, and it arrived in my country the 22th. Klenota has been super efficient and the client service completely reliable.

Ordered a moldavite 14k ring and they answered very quickly to say it would take 3 weeks to make and would I still like to go ahead. I said that was fine so imagine my surprise when my ring came within 2 weeks. The ring is absolutely stunning, I love it and it was beautifully packaged with a credit card style certificate of authenticity. UPS delivered very quickly and I did have to pay customs charge however I fully expected this prior to purchase and factored this into how much I wanted to spend overall. Very very pleased, would most certainly recommend. Thank you.

I ordered my product to be delivered to the UK, knowing that there would be customs charges etc.To avoid paying VAT twice, I questioned the VAT (included in price at 21%) and instead of removing this, they simply created a new invoice which suddenly absorbed this cost into the unit price and so VAT was also due on arrival on the (now higher) cost.
VERY questionable practice to suddenly fiddle percentages on an invoice - be very careful those ordering to outside EU.

Simply changing a percentage to 0% on an invoice is not the same as removing the VAT. I have no bad experiences with other brands, just deceitful practice from this one unfortunately.

Here, it was only that the first email was an automatic order confirmation and not an invoice, which we delivered to you shortly afterwards with zero VAT. We deliver to the UK with zero VAT for orders over £135 and the customer pays the VAT only on import - so only once, which is what happened in this case.
