Scam. Be extremely careful

As I have been in the urgent need of deep cleaning for my new house, I have found this company on the net. They do not have any website or official details available. There was a strange form in a portal that I filled and they started chatting with me on WhatsApp. I wanted a deep cleaning service with tools that can get rid of heavy dust and dirts after reconstruction. They promised to do it with right tools and asked for a payment of over 1000€! However at the day of appointment they came with two unprepared workers, no tools, just told me they go to buy mop and detergent to clean my house! They even had no tool to clean the windows from outside! I told them this is unexpected and I do not want this service. They asked me to pay the full amount due to the cancellation. They knew I am English speaker and they wrote terms and conditions in their email in Dutch so that I do not understand it. Never approach this company. It's a scam.

The result was not worth the money!

- arrived 5 hour late
- worked only for 4 hours, instead of 9, as they promised
- left with lots of uncleaned area!!
- asked for more money because the price was tax exclusive!!

So, over €630 for vacuuming and dust wiping of around 130 m2 where some parts was even already cleaned by ourselves.

Firstly, while it’s true that we started later than planned, this was done in consultation with you. Unfortunately, unforeseen sick reports caused delays, and we did our best to inform you in advance.

Regarding the working hours, it’s important to clarify that while the team was on-site for approximately 4 hours, there were 3 team members present, amounting to a total of 12 working hours.

Additionally, in the appointment confirmation and quote we provided beforehand, all costs, including taxes and other details, were clearly outlined. We regret any miscommunication on this matter.

You mentioned that only vacuuming and dust wiping were performed, but I assure you that our team completed significantly more tasks during those 12 hours.

Furthermore, I’d like to add that your wife thoroughly inspected the work after our team had finished, and she expressed her satisfaction with the results.

Lastly, it’s unfortunate that you felt the need to leave a public review before giving us the opportunity to address your concerns directly and find a solution together.
