Great experience ordering a winspace frame - quick to respond to queries and couldn't be happier overall

They replaced the inner tube of the rear wheel of my brothers bike. They came on short notice and where quick and polite.

Bought a Winspace T1500 frame via KL Cycles. Ben was helpful and very responsive throughout. Took a lot of stress out of the process of buying from abroad.

Took our tandem in with many ailments making the thing joyless to ride. For a very reasonable fee the tandem returned to it's intended joyful condition. Some news parts and a good service.. really happy.

Puts faith back in to you that small local businesses are better than the big companies. They cured a grinding noise from the gears and replaced the pedals, and didn’t charge the earth. Perfect service, friendly, knowledgeable and above all else so reasonably priced. I can’t recommend KL Cycles highly enough.

I wasnt sure on ordering the Lun hypers myself with all the import tax vat etc despite having the itch to experience the Lun wheels hype (we all know the other brand prices). Went nuts & took a dive when the black edition Hyper came out (not listed on the website). Ben was helpful & managed to get a set for me (they were out of stock on the winspace website). I did have my doubts if the wheels are ever going to arrive but Ben updated me regularly on the progress until the day those fantastic looking wheels arrived at my doorstep. Cant ask for a better service! #newwheelday

I recently bought a bicylce from KL Cycles and would highly recommend! Their customer service from start to finish has been fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble and they're always as accomodating as possible to get you set up on your bicycle.

Highly rate the team at KL Cycles, the communication throughout the service and repair work carried out on my bike was extremely efficient and helpful. The turn around time was much better than I’d have expected and the aftercare through messages to check that I was happy with everything was above and beyond what I’ve received anywhere else. Will be returning to them for all my bike work in the future as I also found their pricing very fair for the service and treatment you receive.

Ben was spot on when fitting My new winspcae lun wheels, there great ams look lovely, I'd definitely recommend Ben if you Nedd work doing on you're bike

Ben and Dan are amazing! They obviously know their trade thoroughly and have great enthusiasm for their work. The turn around for servcing my bike was surprisingly quick and efficient and their advice and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Would definately reccomend them to ANY cycling enthusiast.

Totally trust KL Cycles with my bike and not to charge me for unnecessary parts and servicing (I did ask them to service my bike, but they said it wasn't necessary and that I just needed a new chain and brake pads, saving me plenty). 100% satisfied. A pleasure to deal with! And all my many bikes are now a pleasure to ride thanks to their help and expertise.

although Ben was in the middle of moving location & going through the usual upheaval, he still attended to my repairs & did a fantastic job on the bike!

Ben started as my bike mechanic and has become a friend and riding companion.

His knowledge around bikes is second to known. No issue is to small and he always makes time for all my small adjustments and changes I require.

Ben’s advice on parts and future plans for my bike is always fantastic.

Took my bike to klcycles for a bike fit , must say Ben was excellent took the time to explain many bits of information as well as the bike,as I am pretty new to cycling help me a lot and the bike is now feeling and riding so much better would highly recommend klcycles👍🏻

Quick to reply and fix any issues

Normally fussy with who does stuff to my bikes, however Ben is brilliant, quick and well priced. Has now worked on my lower range gravel bike, titanium bike, and my best bike. Perfect job on all three. Easy to find, and although you shouldn't expect it, he has worked around me each time as I don't finish work until later, but he will always try to help. Definatly recommend! **plus have a look at his new aero Road bikes and gravel bikes, just as cheap as bikes online yet you can sit on and have them made to fit unlike online**
