5000€ bike order cancelled but not refunded

I ordered a 2025 Orbea wild m10 from kl bikes regensburg that was shown as in stock with a 3 to 5 day delivery period. 5 days later I checked my online account to see that my order status had changed to cancelled! No contact whatsoever from kl bikes no emails, nothing! They have not refunded my money so currently they are holding nearly 5000€ of my money, they don't respond to emails at all and my German is not good enough to try and phone them. I have no idea if or when I might get my money back, this was a very unpleasant experience.
