I had heard of strategies like this before but did not know where to get coaching through the process. Klauser Capital has been great with their combination of how-to videos and coaching. The videos are very much step-by-step with real-world visuals of how to do each process. The coaching answers all the questions in between and offers little known good advice you won't get from bankers or a YouTube video. We received $40K in funding on our first try and are moving forward with more as we speak!

With a background as a Mortgage Banking Owner for 8 years prior to the 2008 crash, I came in with above-average knowledge of lending and financing.
