I order online and hope the fit
I order online and hope the fit. style and fabric are as expected. I try not to have to make returns as returns are not free and unfortunately the staff in the local shop do not seem to like handling returns if I’ve had a negative reception I avoid this trader for a while!

Employing the correct staff
I went into the shop for a dress for a wedding. The staff were so knowledgeable about the fit of a dress I really liked.
The dress was to big, but there wasn't my size in the shop and the lady helping me out told me to go on line and buy the correct size.

Fits just right
Ordered a dress online and arrived quickly.
The fit is lovely - as I am a larger lady and buy quite often from Klass as I know their fit is always good. I wish there were more tunics for sale as these are usually great.
