Beware.

I am writing this after weeks of trying to return a refrigerator, which Klarstein has declared defective.
Based on photos I sent, their own product department confirmed that my refrigerator is missing the condensation drain hole and warned that it should not continue to be used due to the risk of further damage. They wrote it would be replaced “as a gesture of goodwill”, even though their own product team confirmed the refrigerator has a manufacturing defect and it is not safe to continue using. In that situation the only reasonable solutions are a full replacement or a full refund.
I agreed to return the fridge. It has now been fully packed by me and ready for collection for three weeks. Despite repeatedly providing all required details, the pick-up has still not been organised. I have also been told that I cancelled the pick-up myself, which is simply not true. As a result, my relative has been living for weeks without a working refrigerator. Communication from Klarstein has stopped, but I will continue to pursue a full refund through all appropriate channels.
Unfortunately, after reading other reviews here, I see many customers describe the same pattern: faults acknowledged, returns or refunds promised, but collections repeatedly delayed or never happening. Beware.

Untrustworthy

3 weeks ago I placed an order. Didn’t get any updates but when I checked myself with the shipment company, the package had been canceled because it had gotten damaged.

Haven’t received a new product or my money..

Klarstein offer a range of wine coolers

Klarstein make a wide range of wine coolers. We chose one of the smaller models, the Vinamour 33 Duo, because of space constraints. It was delivered quickly and is working well. One thing to be aware of is the bottle capacity quoted is based on the smaller bordeaux wine bottles type. The capacity is smaller for burgundy wine bottles and the height between shelves is just enough to accommodate that size of bottle. Wine in bottles larger than that lift the shelf above up.

My goods arrived by DPD damged, The company no longer accepts calls, the chat box leaves you in a loop asking do you want customer servises, you answer yes and your asked the same question again and again.the webs site returns is not fully working for returns. I've also sent emails, I would avoid this company

Missing parts - poor resolution

Update:
Klarstein have offered a replacement hood, however there's no guarantee the new one will be complete. Time will tell.

I bought an extractor hood in October 2025. I originally checked the box and all seemed fine, but a few months down the line I've come to install it, and realised there's parts missing - including the very important assembly kit and brackets.

I used their live chat and was told they don't have the missing parts, but suggested I could buy the kit elsewhere and they'd provide a partial refund for the parts. They provided to suggestions on where to find these parts, or what exactly I'd need.

I was told they'll escalate the matter to the 'back office' (whatever that means), and that someone would be in touch via email.

Still no word, and I'm left with an extractor I can't install!

Had to do a chargeback due to the company taking my $ and never sending the product, then ghosting on all emails.

This is my second review of this company, and I would give zero stars if I could. As of today, the third of February I am still waiting for a refund of an item that I paid for a month ago and never received. Bartoloni Couriers shows the item was never delivered to me, but returned to the warehouse in Milan. While I did receive an email from Klastein saying the item was being returned due to damage in transit on the 15th Jan, I have since sent a total of 8 emails to both the UK and Italian email addresses, with no response.
Today I opened a formal chargeback dispute with Paypal to get my funds back. This company is a total joke, no customer service at all. Whoever answers these Trust Pilot reviews for the company is also completely unhelpful. I put the order number in the review weeks ago and nobody has reached out to me about it at all. Avoid dealing with Klarstein, they should be reported to the police!

Tried to telephone customer services ustomer Service - Faulty Goods…

Tried to telephone customer services but had to go through a chat on the web page, they booked me in to be contacted today at 13:00, Gave me a ticket number 8007929340. No contacted, was advised by a friend to check this site, and can see I am not the only one having problems with their customer services! I have emailed them again but from other remarks here, I’m not holding out much hope of contact, I will contact trading standards next to see what the next steps are. Do Not buy goods from this company!

This is the third review I have written…

This is the third review I have written on here about Klarstein and despite being promised twice it would be dealt with, still nothing has happened.
At the same time I am also sending emails to Klarstein, but they are no longer replying to me.
Don't buy anything from these people. The website looks glossy, the items look great but if something goes wrong, they are absolutely terrible. I cannot express how frustrating it is dealing with this firm. They provide a warranty and simply walk away.
Please Klarstein, no more empty promises, no more apologies! You have my ticket ID from my previous submissions - surely it's time to just give me my money back?

Ordered a ice machine

Ordered a ice machine, it broke. Customer service told me to send it back which I have and now looks to have gone missing, I'm being ignored by the customer service, 3 emails have been ignored over the last week and a half.

Shame it took a bad review to get a response from them, finally been refunded.

Sell extractors for kitchen with non…

Sell extractors for kitchen with non standard vent sizes and give no help or guidance on buying adapters beyond “have a look on Amazon”.
I have had to search far and wide online, calling suppliers all over the country and no one sells anything that can help make this product be of use to me!
How is this even possible. So poor.

without doubt some of the worst customer service ive ever had, I ordered a newWHITE induction hob as mine was broken the first hob I ordered turned up was broken, I had to refuse delivery, they wouldn't give me a refund until they got it back, but I was desperate so I ordered a second one, the second one turned up and is NOT white its grey and im still chasing for the refund for the first one, they still havent refunded me and ive spent ages with their strange chatbot - bizarre and weird company
