Very pleased with product!
After researching for hours for the best minimal wallet I finally came across the Micro Belgravia and I knew without a doubt that this was the wallet for me. Upon receiving the wallet I was extremely happy with the product and I still am after a few weeks of use. However the strap has shown significant signs of wear and is tearing up in the center. The company has been kind enough to send me a replacement strap free of charge due to my original concerns but I fear that the same problem will happen regardless of the new strap. Apart from this the main body of the wallet is perfect for all my everyday needs and I couldn’t be more impressed by the product.

3 weeks passed, still no delivered product
I've been waiting for the product for 3 weeks and still haven't received it.
The contact persons answer very late, if at all.
I've been charged extra for dhl shipment, but they still used royal mail.
After that, i've been provided with an invalid tracking code.
It's either a scam or a very badly managed business.

This is a very unfair review Alex. The first time your product was undelivered was due to the fact that you hadn't provided a postal code, yet we still sent another wallet free of charge (other than shipping). We then tried again, which again- was unsuccessful. The third time we suggested using DHL, however we have had multiple bad experiences with DHL and UPS in the past, yet we have never had any issues with 'Landmark Global'. Therefore, the 3rd time we attempted to send your order (again the wallet was free of charge, and covering half of the delivery cost I might add) we used this courier and it was delivered successfully. The tracking code was sent and was valid. Our policy states that we never send a product free of charge on the 3rd attempt, however we made an exception for you out of generosity. Once we have sent our products off to the courier, the rest is completely out of our hands. We went above and beyond for you, made a loss on all of your failed orders and yet still attempted to send your item 3 times.

The only downside is the elastic material. If something has a pointy edge like a very hard business card, things get stuck and it rips the material. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a recycled plasticky material. Or maybe metal that can bend or stretch. Like wrist watch

We have tested a number of different materials for the wallet straps. Our Micro Classic range have TPU straps, similar to the one you described in your review. However, due to the high demand for a more stretchy strap where it is possible to hold many cards at once, the elastic strap was the best option to meet these customer needs and has mostly been an extremely popular decision. As for the metal idea, again- this would limit how many cards can be held and also would add a significant amount of weight to the wallet. However, thank you for the feedback, it is useful and we will keep testing new designs.
Perfect for minimalist.

Accidentally selected standard vs tracked shipping at checkout so unable to tell when package will be received. It would be much more appropriate for these survey requests to go out AFTER it is known that a package has (likely) been delivered.
