This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I normally only write reviews if I have had a good experience as I know how damaging they can be especially for a small company, how I would advise people to avoid at all costs.
I placed an order with them over 2 months ago, after repeatedly chasing them and being told that the jacket had been sent when it hadn’t I finally received it and it was heavily stained and awful quality, I sent them a picture and they advised to return AT MY OWN COST and they would refund my postage and send an replacement. I tracked the return and again after numerous messages through different platforms they finally confirmed they had received it and said they would be sending a replacement. I have never received this replacement and they then just completely ignored me for over 2 weeks until I advised I would need to raise a complaint with gov.uk against the Ltd company for fraud. They then accused ME of lying about not being refunded for the postage even though I had sent proof that I had not been. I have had no alternative but to report them as I still remain out of pocket and with no jacket! The customer service is absolutely abysmal, they are rude and ignorant and quite frankly aggressive. You can see on their Etsy reviews that whenever someone has left negative feedback the responses have been very rude and they have no desire to correct any issues, just accuse customers of lying. Just do yourself a favour and order your wedding items from elsewhere, wedding shopping should be enjoyable and not stressful!
