I appreciated the salesperson's honesty…
I appreciated the salesperson's honesty in regards to the products and why they varied in price point.
When we didn't choose the highest price option, he still treated us with respect, which was greatly appreciated.
The installation process went smoothly, and the installer, HANS, did a wonderful job and we were very pleased with the outcome and speed of the project.
When I can afford to do another project, I will definately consider Kjellberg Carpet 1

I had the BEST experience with Kjellberg Carpet One. My salesperson was knowledgeable, and patient with me. She didn't pressure me into making a quick decision. My project was completed on time - and for the best price around. There were no hidden charges - or bogus "fees". The installer did an awesome job! His attention to detail is better than I even hoped for! I definitely recommend them - and will use them again for any future flooring needs.

Good but not great experience
Overall we are really happy with the flooring we chose but our installers and salesperson were not the greatest. We are nearing the end of a large home remodel. We were really excited to finally get our new floors installed. The installers were supposed to install our floors and then re-install our trim in our great room (where the new floors are) and a couple of small adjacent rooms. The sales person said this would not be an issue but the installer wanted nothing to do with it. In general the install crew was professional and did a good job with the floors but they were a bit grumpy and not that great to deal with. In addition I’ve had to follow up with our salesman numerous times to get my refund for the trim install and we never received new vent covers. I had to call and talk to our salesman for both. It seems to me if you spend $11k on new floors the project should be finished and I shouldn’t have to ask repeatedly to get the final details taken care of. This process has been very frustrating for what otherwise should have been a very happy/good experience.

We had new flooring installed over the…
We had new flooring installed over the week of Thanksgiving. We selected Laminate wood on the main level and 3 bathrooms and the laundry room with Vinyl tile. We couldn't be happier with the results! It looks fantastic and really changed the look of our house! Jim Toohey, our sales rep, came out to our house twice and assisted with the selection. We also stopped into their store to see the selection. We had no idea what we wanted initially and he guided us through different materials that would be best suited for heavy traffic, kids and a dog. He was very patient with us las we changed our plans once. The installers were great too. I did shop around prior to finding this store and found they had the best price over their competitors, especially when looking at the tear out and removal of the old flooring. Hands down Kjellberg Carpet One hit a home run with us. A very knowledgeable sales staff with Zero pressure to buy the latest fad. They asked for our price range and worked with us to get the best possible product for the money we had budgeted.The install crew was great and cleaned up so well when they were done that we had to do nothing but start to move furniture back in. Overall a fantastic experience and this family owned business has won us over!
