This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a dress for my wife, but it was too big, and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. However, the customer service has been completely unacceptable. I have tried to reach out for several hours without receiving any responses. After much frustration, I learned that I would also have to cover the return shipping costs myself, which feels unreasonable. I spent an entire day trying to resolve this issue without any success. I will never shop here again and cannot recommend this store to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE! They sent me the wrong dress. After contacting them from Canada (time zone difference) they responded saying to send it back at my own expense and they will send me the correct dress. After battling them for days they finally sent me a pre paid return label. Then, they sent me the correct dress however was not the right sizing and poorly made. Sleeves weren’t even on both sides. Because of the time it took to settle this issue I ran out of time to complain. Ended up having to reconstruct the dress with my seamstress. Ridiculous. Messaging them was a headache because they were not wanting to help at all. Do not purchase from this site as they will provide you with no customer service after they take your money.

I'm not from Turkey, but the dress I've ordered arrived like three days tops. So kind and fast! Good quality of the dress. The girls who works there are so kind and generous. Thankful! 😊

DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! After I ordered a dress from them they told me they don't have my size and they NEVER sent me my money back!! I have benn texting them in months and they just ignore me!! THIEVES!!!

I m from European country and I have bought a dress on 24/7/2024 and received it on the next few days. On the 31/7/2024 I returned it back and ask for refund money. Since today unfortunately I haven't received my money. And when I m asking for that they are giving me several reticular excuses. The last 3 days they don't even answer my messages!

1. mistake is: i ordered a BLUE Dress, you sended me a RED Dress, 2. Mistake is that you didnt pick up the package that arrived on the 9. of August 3. mistake is you had many more days time to go to the pick up point where the package was until 15. of august.. so you let your client pay 41.- SWISS FRANCS for NOTHING.. 4. mistake is that you are still trying to lie.. the trackingnr is showing me that the package arrived at 9. of August at the "Alibeykoy Namik Kiyafetsedeti, Kemal Cd No 87 191 1, 34060 Eyüpsultan Istanbul" it is not my fault, nowhere, the onlyone who failed the professionality is you, i‘m never gonna order something on this page..

Stay clear away from this shop. They are scammers. They will never refund your money if you return anything back. I spent over £1000 on dresses and had to return a few but they never returned my money and never even confirmed receiving the items despite the delivery showing it being delivered. They are thieves . Stay away from them. They will cut you off and not reply to your messages. They think they can get away with it but I’ve reported them to the customs office in Turkey. They will come knocking on their door soon

I bought a dress, in the end it didn't fit me and while I did the whole return process with the papers they sent me, no one came to pick it up, in the end they went and took it after 3 months and didn't return the money back. Shame!

Warning! Don't buy! I placed an order, and months after not receiving my dresses, I contacted them. They told me that the package was damaged and offered me either a voucher or a refund. I am still waiting for the refund; it was impossible to contact them. After posting a negative review, they contacted me and offered a solution in exchange for deleting the review. A year later, I am still waiting for my money. This company is a disgrace.
