UNAUTHORISE PERSONAL DATA RETENTION. KIXIFY kept reusing to delete me account even after endless of email correspondences since 12 APR until now 2 May (I resurface my request at least every 3 days). I suggest you to consider other platform because this is a one way ticket black hole for your personal data. Protect your own data and not expect others to do so, because KIXIFY sure doesn't care.

Do not sell on this platform!!
I tried selling on their platform for a couple weeks and got absolutely no sales, which is fine, and that is not what I am upset about. What I am upset about is the fact that I decided not to sell on their platform anymore, but there is no way to delete your account or any of your information they have by yourself. You have to email them and ask them to delete your account and all your information. I emailed them, got a response asking me to stay and if there was something they could do to help. I declined and asked them to please delete my account with all my information for over a month now and have gotten absolutely no response and they have still yet to delete my account. Very unprofessional and I would highly advise not to sell on their platform. Not worth it.

I purchased a shoe and contacted the seller, I was given a warning for sending a phone number. All I did was send the seller the kixify order number ? . Then I got a refund with no explanation. Next .... I was searching through the site looking for a specific shoe . When I tried to access the cheaper version and was blocked. I could only access the more expensive shoe .
