Product returned, customer service is not answering
I did order puppy food. It was promised in 24 to 48 hours. After 3 days I got an update, that there have been an incident with the delivery. On 12th January I returned the product, because I had no knowledge of when the product would be delivered or would it be delivered at all. I had to buy the food elsewhere, because the dog needs food. Web site show the product has been returned. Still I have not been getting my money back. I tried contact form on Kiwiko web page. No answer. I did go to the store in Roquetas de mar, where I was supposed to collect the product. The salesperson there was very polite and helpful. But she said they have no way to help with the online shopping. She did say she can call the customer service, because my Spanish is not good enough. But the number never answered. I did find a mail address tienda.online at Kiwiko dot com, where I have sent several requests to clear up the situation. I do get sometimes an answer that a person has been assigned to handle the case.

It has become clear Kiwiko has no customer service at all. The product return options are a big scam. The right to return a product bought from net is obligatory by the law.
