Jag rekommenderar starkt att du väljer att köpa dina produkter från en annan sida. För min del beställde jag två produkter. En var helt fel. Den andra framstår ha öppnats. Jag kontaktade dem i rimlig tid. Ingen rimlig kompensation erbjuds! Den ena produkten, den som är helt fel, förväntas jag bara behålla och betala för! Tycker du det låter rimligt?! Nej precis! Gällande den andra produkten som är ett gränsfall, det skulle mycket väl kunna vara så att någon hos dem öppnat produkten men det skulle också kunna vara själva produktens feta innehåll gjort att den skyddande folien inuti förpackningen som fått den att lossna så som den gjort. Deras respons har varit att de skyller det hela på fraktföretaget?! Under inga omständigheter har fraktföretaget lagt fel produkt i mitt paket! Inte heller har fraktföretag ansvar för att ett skyddsfolie i en förpackning är delvis öppnat. Nej, som sagt välj ett annat företag! De är inte värda din tid eller dina pengar!
I strongly recommend that you choose to purchase your products from another site. For my part, I ordered two products. One was completely wrong. The other appears to have been opened. I contacted them in a reasonable amount of time. No reasonable compensation offered! The one product, the one that's completely wrong, I'm just expected to keep and pay for! Do you think that sounds reasonable?! No, exactly! Regarding the second product, which is a borderline case, it could very well be that someone at their company opened the product, but it could also be the greasy content of the product itself that caused the protective foil inside the package to come off the way it did. Their response has been that they blame it all on the shipping company?! Under no circumstances did the shipping company put the wrong product in my package! Shipping companies are also not responsible for a protective film in a package being partially opened. No, as I said, choose another company! They are not worth your time or money!
