Placed order in October 2025. It hasn't shipped, no notification of anything happening, sent 4 emails and sent a message on their site. No reply.

I ordered 2 PJ’s, and no email confirmation, never received… This is a BIG SCAM!! They delete the comments telling that it’s a scam, NEVER order on their shop!!

Very nice and comfortable, but they're definitely low waisted and NOT for the plus size girls. I have quite thick thighs myself and it is a bit uncomfortable for me.

i bought it 20 days ago and they didn't send me anything. i tried to contact them but i didn't receive a response. i'm very disappointed. dont buy from that site ever.

Never received tracking info or an order confirmation!! Never received my stuff either!!! Also paid for express shipping.. :( Hopefully I can file a dispute with my bank.. I should have done research..

I had a problem with my shipping address, but Jennifer at support fixed it. The pants are soo comfy and cute. I love them.

My experience has only been great, I ordered 4 Pajama pants for my daughter and her friends. They arrived beautifully packaged in just 4 days. Thank you.

scammers write that the order is always sent within 5 business days, but the truth is that it will never be sent because they don't even have anything to send. When I wrote to them about when my parcel would be sent, they did not reply. Only when I threatened them with the police did they give me money.

It’s a scam they do not return anything they took three separate transactions from my account. They have no contact information other than email. Which is a dead giveaway but I didn’t think about it at the time. They said they would cancel my order and no reply on when my refund was coming then I get a tracking number which I’m not clicking on this is not a legit site they email you at odd times I got one from them at 1:45 am 9:15pm I know it’s a different country but do the math. They got me for 86.00 but I cancelled my accounts and card in a heartbeat do not order from this site.

I wish I could give u 0 stars. Been asking about my order with no response paid extra for fast shipping and it’s been almost a month and hasn’t even been sent and all the info that used to show on my shop app is gone.

Definitely a scam unfortunately :( I was really excited about getting these pants but after over a week of ordering and seeing that they still hadn't been dispatched, I tried emailing the customer service and got no response. I tried DMing on Instagram and hot no response. I checked all their other socials and saw that they delete comments, and they'd already been reported as a scam on Facebook. Now I have to claim my money back through my bank :(
