Misleading Product and Poor Quality

I ordered what was advertised as a chunky knit Viking jersey, which appeared in the photos to be a thick, high-quality knitted garment. However, what I received was completely different — a cheap polyester hoodie with a printed-on knit pattern. The item bears no resemblance to the product pictured or described.

The advertising showed a textured, handcrafted-style sweater, but the actual item is a flat, synthetic fabric with no real knitting at all. This kind of misleading presentation is unacceptable.

When I contacted customer service, I received no meaningful assistance or acknowledgment of the issue.

In short, this company’s marketing is deceptive, and the product quality is far below expectations. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid purchasing until the company corrects its advertising and improves product transparency.

Really cheap polyester looking sweaters. This is a scam to get your money by making you think you are getting a quality one of a kind product but it's just junk you will have to throw out. Don't buy from them.

definately do not order from this deceptive and ripp off company ,,,,,,, your money is wasted with these people, they never make good on their offers. It cost me 53.00 to get a 12 dollar hoodie not a knit sweater.

Ordered linen cloth tee shirt for my son, what turned up was a ultra cheap Chinese knock off which bears very little resemblence to the image on their website, If you do have the misfortune to purchase from this company make sure you use a CREDIT CARD and NOT a Debit card, as then you can dispute it and get your money back, This disreputable comapany will only try to offer a max of 30% discount, they will NOT offer a full refund I raised a disputed with my card provider and got all money back.
DO NOT USE this company they will take your money and Ghost you when you refuse their discount offer.

o god where to start. wrong size . male sent female. products not as shown. order male large got a small. still waiting 1 month first 3 orders. the 1 item that fit but was wrong item first its female. wrong pattern. the 2nd is a small or its a kids. no reply on complaint. 300 bucks wasted. dont buy anything here.. if you do go to bank report fruad

DO NOT BUY from this company. This shirt was of terrible quality, and they will NEVER reimburse or allow you to return a product. It feels like there is an automated customer service response, so that you will never progress towards a solution, and will never see any refund

Goods received are nothing like advertised, very cheap and nasty material. Don't ever buy from here, extremely disappointed.

Zero Stars! This site is a total scam, don't waste your money. They promised a hand-knit sweater and instead got some kind of print on an ugly sweatshirt. Now they don't want to do a return, and offer 10% coupon instead. Saying it will cost more to ship it back to China. Save your money
