This was the first time we’ve used a cat sitter and I was a bit nervous as one of my two fur babies is quite anxious around new people. However, I was soon settled by the updates we received from Abs where I could clearly see our fur babies were having the best time with both of them looking relaxed and happy. When we got home our fur babies were both really happy and our house was tidy. I feel like Abs had the upmost care for our cats as well as our house and I will be using Abs services again, I can’t recommend her enough!

Abs, our cat sitter is brilliant. We’ve used her for a few years now and she’s responsive, reliable and friendly, and we always feel confident leaving Ralph in her care.

We like that she spends some time with him rather than just popping in to feed him and running off.

We’d happily recommend Abs to anyone looking for a caring, reliable cat sitter.

When I said I was disappointed she had lost track of which keys were mine, she responded, "I'm sorry you feel that way" which is neither an apology nor professional.

When I couldn't find a print copy of one of her generic forms, I asked her to email it to me so I could complete it for her. She told me to find the print copy. Several days later, after further searching, I informed her I still could not locate the print form due to the disruption of recent building works, and she sent me a lengthy text explaining how important it was for security (key permission). I responded that I was trying to find it, felt she was nagging me which was unhelpful, but I was fully aware of the importance. Rather than offering to post me another print copy or email me the form, she responded by calling me "irresponsible" and said I was no longer a client! I responded that I wanted my keys returned immediately if that was her decision since security was such a priority to her. She said she would post them to me because she was "too busy" which I said was unacceptable and asked they be returned that same day. She then blocked my number and email.

Within the envelope with keys, that arrived two days after the request for return, was a note saying the refund which may be owed me for an appointment not until next week, minus all costs, will arrive within 7 – 10 days. Her impetuous choice caused this palaver yet she blames and punishes the customer.

Great service. Abs was available at very short notice to look after my 2 cats for a couple of days. I received updates with photos during every visit, my house was kept clean and tidy (better than when we left!) and, most importantly, my cats were happy and looked after.

I can't recommend Abs highly enough! She took wonderful care of my cat, Pickles, over the weekend, providing a professional and caring service. From the start, Abs has been reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced in feline care. I received regular updates, which reassured me that Pickles was not only well looked after but also enjoying plenty of attention and companionship. Abs went above and beyond to ensure Pickles felt comfortable and loved, spending quality time with her and maintaining her routine with care. I’m so glad that we found Abs and will definitely be using her services for future holidays!

First time using this cat sitter for my nakids after moving up north. Very happy after meeting Abs in person and her website is very professional which I found reassuring.
Loved getting the pics and videos and being able to message in real time. The house was spotless when I got back and the cats very happy and are still waiting at the door for her. already booked my next holiday knowing I can trust Abs with my babies.

From first meeting Abs I knew she was going to deliver her services in a professional reliable way.
My cat is diabetic and needs insulin and medication twice daily, and it is a rare to find a cat sitter who can do this.
She gave me regular updates , videos and pictures and my cat was very relaxed in all that she sent me.

Abs is truly fantastic! I was very anxious to leave our cat Salem over the Christmas period as we had to travel home for a few days. Abs made the whole thing so much easier by letting me know when she’d be going to see Salem, sharing pictures and videos of him looking happy and relaxed and ensuring she kept in contact the whole time. She also provided Salem with lots of Christmas presents and treats which was very kind. I would most definitely recommend Kitties Staycation!

This was our first time using Kitties Staycation to look after our extremely skittish kitties. Previously we have used pet hotels but since our kitties don't take well to being taken out of their environment we decided to use Abs.

Abs sent us updates and photos of the cats everyday and immediately informed us if something seemed to be out of the ordinary. Upon returning home out cats seemed so much more relaxed, we would definitely recommend Kitties Staycation and will use Abs again in the future. Thank you for taking care of our fur-babies.

We used Abs for the first time this year to look after our cat who is a bit of a tinker when it comes to people she doesn't know coming into the house (Covid kitten!). Abs reassured us up front on when she would visit and sent us updates every day including pictures when our cat actually showed herself! Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

First time leaving my boy overnight at home and Abs made everything so stress free and relaxing. She keeps in contact to reassure you and sends photos and videos so you know your cat is being brilliantly looked after. Would very much recommend.

An absolutely amazing experience having Abs look after our two 8 month old kittens for a week. It was the first time we have left them for any period of time and I was assured from the moment Abs came round to meet them prior to the holiday that they would be in safe hands and they 100% were. Every day we were sent photos and videos of them and messages from Abs about what they had been up to! It was obvious from these that they were happy, calm and totally at ease with her. The level of service and reassurance Abs provided made our holiday worry free and we are very grateful to her, I would not hesitate to recommend Kitties staycation and I am sure Teddy and Jack will be really pleased to see her again too!

From the moment we met Abs we knew we’d made the right decision. Genuine animal lover, loads of fun and incredibly professional. We were both really worried about leaving our furry baby on his own for a week but Abs helped us feel really relaxed about going away. Abs sent us daily updates with photos and videos to let us know how he was doing with each visit, this meant we could really relax and enjoy our own time away. Above all else when we got home we could just tell Ronin was happy and well looked after. We all think Abs is a saint and we can’t thank her enough. Can not recommend enough!

Finally we have found a true professional in Abs. A genuine cat lover, initially the right questions were asked to get the right information about our individual cats. Health, medication, bedding likes and dislikes were noted. We were communicated with regularly and the cats were really well looked after as was our property. Would highly recommend this service Abs was Fab!

Abs is the kindest and most reliable cat sitter who I will definitely be using in the future. She arrived bang on time to see our cat and stayed longer than she needed to meaning our little cat had lots of extra attention. She is a very lovely and trustworthy lady and we would recommend her services to anyone!

This is the first time I have used a Cat Sitter and can not recommend Abs enough. Oscar was injured while I was away and he could not have been in safer hands. Abs got him to my vets straight away and took him for the follow up appointments. I was kept updated with messages and photos of all three cats so I knew they were happy - thank you Abs

Abs has looked after our two cats on a number of occasions and always does a fabulous job. It is very reassuring to know that they are being so well looked after and cared for while we are away, and to know that they are happy in their own home. The daily messages and photos are great.
