Unfortunatelly I ve been cheated from your company and you re keeping on pretending that you dont understand the whole of the case..

You are thinking of buying another product on another site to finally adhere to their condition without consent or explanation!
Then they debit you money every month from your account and without informing you. Of course they refuse any refund! I filed a complaint

You have taken money from my account twice im 1 day

I needed support for cancelation of my account and the representative contacted me really soon and with respect

I made a purchase from this company in march €9.99
They have subsequently taken a further 9 payments of €43 from my bank account
So according to them they have refunded the July payment and have refused to refund the other 8

One minute they say no return of deposit and then yes they will. It is all a scam. Once you join they continue to take subscriptions. My bank agrees it is a scam and will do a visa chargeback. Based in Cyprus. I am considering contacting the relevant authorities there as well as the EU. We have protection against these scammers

I was made a member without asking for that. Then tried to take money from my account. I would say that people should be careful when trying to get some freebies as you are unsure if your account will be charged for it.
