What a great service! I have been using a 30L drybag backpack from Kitsack for the past 18 months. It has been comfortable to carry, dry and very robust. Unfortunately though one of the clips broke on the strap. I e mailed them to see if I could buy a replacement. They sent me two replacements free for only the postage costs. I now have my favourite beg back in action. Thank you Kitsack!

I manage a football team and also have a travel business organising lots of youth football tours, so this bag caught my eye. I don't usually write reviews but having received one my boy loves it. So well made and awesome for any football loving kid.
It would make a perfect birthday or Xmas present too

Wow where do I start with kitsack. Absolutely impressed from start to finish. The turnaround was 2/3 days👏🏻👏🏻The design itself is perfect. I currently use it for footgolf and it doesn’t get any better for that. The pockets inside/outside the space. Wow. Even with a ball and boots it doesn’t affect the space inside the bag at all. Am now starting to see them around the footgolf course more and more. Will definitely recommend the company to anyone and will 100% use the future products. Well done kitsack keep up the great work 💪🏻👏🏻

I live in Portugal and after my booking I receive the bag in very short term.
Very happy with that.

First class customer service. A small fault on the bag, so just thought I'd drop a line to let them know I'm case it news a faulty batch. Replied at 9pm with an immediate apology, a replacement bag was dispatched the next day with a return label for me to return the faulty bag. Fantastic communication, would definitely recommend. The product is great too, my son is made up with his bag.

Extremely fast delivery, excellent product

kitsack is such a clever idea, fits a ball perfectly in the back zip and away from main bag compartment, meaning my daughter can take her ball to school or practice and keep it separate from books or clothing, great sized bag, super fast delivery. Thank you

Love this bag fits everything in for my son he is a football fanatic so it’s really amazing

I love these bags - absolutely perfect for a budding football player as it has all the pockets and separate spaces they could need, including a space for dirty boots so that they don’t dirty kits etc. Equally they would be great for anyone playing netball and I’d like to bet a riding hat would fit in it too for a budding rider too.
