I’ve ordered from Kits a few times and have had nothing but good experiences. My last order was delayed in shipping. I reached out to Kits (wasn’t their fault, the courier had lost it) and they made it right ASAP. All of our orders have been great and would definitely recommend.

Customer Service Representative Emma was great! While placing our order she noticed my son’s previous contact lenses was sent with the wrong prescription and was quick to offer to send out replacements. She was super kind and helpful, it was an overall great experience.

I had ordered 2 pairs glasses from Kits.ca and had received both pairs super quickly. I did have an issues with the fitting of 1 pair though, so i called to see about exchanging them. I talked to Clark, where he walked me through the process of what to look for inorder to get the proper fitment for my face. I am new to the "glasses world" so i didn't know about sizing aswell and the nose pad "angles" that can change how the glasses fit. I had an awesome experience and would recommend 100%.

This was my first time purchasing glasses from Kits, and already I know I will be a lifelong customer.

Thanks to their low prices I was able to get two pairs of glasses with transitional lenses, for a mere fraction of what I would pay for just one set of glasses with regular lenses from a local retailer.

The website was easy to navigate. I loved the selection of frames, and the fact that they are made in Canada. They can also direct bill many insurance companies. Once ordered, the glasses went into production almost immediately, and were shipped to me for free in just days.

They arrived packaged in upscale boxes. The frames are beautiful and solidly built. (I've purchased numerous glasses from online retailers over the years and I have never seen quality like Kits' frames.) They look and feel high-end. More importantly, the lenses are perfect and crystal clear. I also received a generous coupon for future purchases.

As much as I loved my glasses, I noticed one of the frames looked darker than I expected. When I contacted customer support, they were so kind and helpful, and immediately ordered new glasses for me. I asked about returning the glasses but was told to donate them instead.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Kits.

Kits was my first time buying a pair of glasses online and I have very strong prescription (-8) and also astigmatism. Normally I spend over $700 on glasses and I can't really afford that, so it had been over 7 years since my last glasses (and it turns out the transition lenses stop working after 3 years so I was not protecting my eyes, but couldn't spend another $700).

I finally found Kits and got a pair of glasses with transition lenses and they have been wonderful! Very reasonably priced and perfect prescription. I feel like they're making owning glasses affordable, because I'm realizing I will need to replace them every 3 years in order to keep my eyes safe from the sun.

A month after buying them, I had an issue and I called to try to sort it out. Chad was incredibly helpful and in fact just got them to send me a whole new pair of glasses to fix my issue. I feel so appreciative and grateful, so thank you Chad!

She had a steady conversation with me and listened with intent, offered different solutions and made informative comments that led to my own decision. Great experience.

Tried to place the order online, the message was “something went wrong while placing the order” without clarifying what went wrong. Quite frustrating after two tries, the chat line couldn’t help, but suggested to call the 1-833 number if still needed. I called, wait time was ok, and Chad got the order through with no problem even explained me lens diff. Ref 18053820

Ted was extremely helpful over the phone. I wanted to exchange sunglasses that were sent as they didn't look like what I expected in real life.

To my absolute surprise and delight, the exchange process was so smooth. Ted was awesome! Can't say enough about his pleasant demeanor. Thanks!

Kits is legit the best place to go if you want both quality and affordability. They have excellent customer service (thank you Clark) and I’ve never had any problems with them or their products. I recommend this brand to all my friends and family!

Great Product and Service
I had a few questions on a past order and decided to call into the customer service line and was met with excellent service. As a repeat customer I greatly appreciate the level of detail and care Kits provides to each of their customers. All eyeglasses I have purchased have been of excellent quality. I definitely plan to continue purchasing both contacts and eyeglasses from Kits!
