First, Despatch team from kitroom footabll told me they can produce the set name and number of a my favourite player, the next they tell me they can't not provide me with a date for delivery and finally they said they can not service me, contradicting their first statement. Customer's can't like be treated as idiots with false statements.

My experience was positive. The team was professional in communication and answered my questions clearly. The website is well organized and easy to use. Overall, a trustworthy experience.

There is a large selection of original and high quality name sets and patches.

The quality on their patches is awful. Customer service is even worse. Do not buy from these guys. They are dismissive of any concerns and will not give refunds.

I put a star because we can't put 0. The two flocks were of poor quality they damaged my two jerseys, after contacting them, they are arrogant, no excuse, and especially racism towards the French people. To vomit
