Cancelled my order without telling me…
Cancelled my order without telling me claiming it was fraudulent, I have not been contacted by my bank and it was not fraudulent. Left now without a working laptop and losing work. Rude awful service, and failed to respond about the courier company when I emailed. Lost a days work waiting for an order they hadn't shipped. Do not buy from here, pay that extra 10 and go elsewhere. MY company won't be buying from here again

Unfortunately the order was flagged as potentially fraudulent. We phoned the mobile number that was provided by the customer to make additional enquiries but the number provided turned out to be a fake number so the order was cancelled and refunded on the same day. All efforts were made to keep the customer informed but this is made impossible if genuine contact details are not provided.

Dreadful company to try to get a return from - the order and prices may be good, but it's not worth the hassle if anything goes wrong.

Unfortunately a small number of issues can occur from time to time, as with any business. On this occasion the product received was not as expected, however as soon as the issue had been reported to us, it was dealt with immediately with a full refund promptly processed within 4 hours.
Tricky terms and conditions - be careful..!
I have not bought from KIT because, although their goods may be OK, their onerous terms and conditions aren't, especially for faulty/returned goods. Be careful to read these conditions before committing!

We are a B2B site and have standard B2B terms which are not the same as B2C terms. If a product is found to be faulty/damaged on arrival we are happy to process returns and either send out a replacement or provide a full refund. For faults that develop later in the product's life the product manufacturers' warranties are provided to cover this.

Wasn't sure about ordering from a company with no ratings here, everything went smoothly and even though I had some issues with the product received (no fault of the store) it was all handled efficiently. Would 100% order from again.
