Been a loyal customer since 2016 and kith has always delivered wether its for their quality of the clothes or their great customer service . I can always reach out to customer we give for help with refunds and returns and they always answer my emails and help me Th eu any process .

I ordered a jumper and couldn't believe it was £8.50 postage. Surely for that much there are free returns right? Wrong. I didn't like the jumper when it arrived so I decided to send it back and I was shocked that it cost another £8.50. Thats a combined £17 in postage and return costs which is unacceptable for a brand demanding the sorts of prices Kith are charging for clothing.

Products are made in China! The deliver date was Okay but the quality of the clothes is 3/10. I was expecting more from Kith. T-Shirt is destroyed after one was and jacket for 360Euro was delivered damaged. They should refund but i didnt recieve anything after 5 days after they said they refunded. I was expecting more when this brand is USA from NYC. Its more like shein than Supereme etc....

Scam. Don’t even attempt to buy anything online. You will get it months later. They have gone downhill every single month. I will be shopping elsewhere.
I am grateful that the Kith Customer Service team was able to resolve my issue and give me the opportunity to acquire Kith product in my correct size. I ordered an item during Early Access in my incorrect size and they assisted with a one-time cancellation. I was able to buy the item in my correct size during the general release. The Kith CS team (in this case, Emily) replied to my request in a prompt manner, and followed up with me to make sure that everything went smoothly. I will continue to support the brand and I'm thankful for the resolution!

I ordered a shirt from a restock Kith had from one of their seasons. A tracking number was linked to my order the next day. I waited for an update on the order but there was none. I emailed customer service asking why the item has not moved in the past few days. They replied saying they were waiting to hear back from the warehouse. I waited and let several days pass. I then decided to email Kith about the order again and received no reply. Then finally over a week later customer service sends me an email with a new tracking number stating that my order was delivered. Their warehouse did not ship my order properly and failed provide the correct tracking information. The customer service then says Kith is not responsible for orders once the tracking number says it was delivered. In this situation Kith should be responsible for the lost item. How can the customer anticipate when the package will arrive without the correct tracking information? I’ve supported Kith for years when I was in NYC and still supported them when I moved. This is a horrible way to treat loyal customers.

The item I won a draw on in August was not what I received in October. I was informed at the end of September that I wouldn’t receive the item I won and wanted. But was given a choice to receive another one at half off. Something is better than nothing.

Alex who I spoke to was always quick to respond and kept in constant contact. My original order was not able to be filled so they provided me a more than acceptable deal! Alex was great and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Not only did they remedy my situation my order came in way faster than expected!
My son Courtland Filed a loss with Kith on 9/29 due to a supposed FedEx delivery of his package that contained a pair of shoes on a Sunday which is debatable the picture is very blurry. They waited a whole day investigating came back and said your loss there is nothing we can do for you because FedEx said it was delivered. The worst Customer Service Ever (Since I can’t upload pictures check out this FedEx tracking and tell me the picture is not sketch 😠 (9632080400722919734700279878239129)

Horrible customer service, they do not ship out your orders for months, but take your money. They also do not answer in a timely manner to issues. For a website carrying lixury expensive they have to do better. Learn from other high end stores customer service and common courtesy shipping.

Great customer service with prompt replies on queries on order
My order was cancelled by mistake and they send me an invoice with my order for me to purchase it again. I thought that was great customer service because I was still able to get my items before they sold out.
