Color of the product did not match pictures. The color shown online was photoshopped to be much more subtle and nice.

The worst customer service of online shop i have ever experienced
The WORST customer service.
Please do NOT buy anything here. There is no phone number, so if a product u have bought in kitchentime brakes, there is not much you can do.
You can fill out reklamation form on their website, but you will wait weeks for an answer. And im starting to think i will simply never get one.
If u fill out complain about their customer service, you will get an answar that customer service is simply too busy. Its insane. I have bought kitchen robot Bosch two years ago. Few weeks ago robot stopped working and i have no idea what to do. Am i gonna get it fixed, replaced or should i simply cut my losses and go elsewhere to buy a newone? It would be nice to know the answer to these simple questions but it is not so easy to get the answer when you shop in kitchentime.
If i buy product for 300€, i expect it to last longer than 2 years. Warranty is 5 years.
And i would expect from a company in sweden to have better customer service. This is absolutely insane how they treat their customers.
