Terrible stay away from these people.
As with some of the other reviews I was promised a refund of the money they took from my bank account without my permission if I gave them a good review. I didn't. So, still no refund.
This is message I have recieved from them:I understand that you consider the case closed and I fully respect that decision. I don't mean to upset you at all, and remain committed to resolving this misunderstanding to close the case once and for all, ensuring the complete satisfaction of all parties.
I’ll give you the time to consider the options and confirm removal of the reviews.
Get back to me when you're interested in resolving this and closing your account while getting you the full refunds, reply to me with a screenshot of the removed review.
So, it might seem that if I do not remove the review I have no chance of a refund.
Today 16th Jan 2025, I have had a further email from them stating that they will issue a refund so clearly they must agree that the refund is due. However, they will only issue the refund if I remove the review from Trustpilot.I refuse to do this as it is an accurate account of their treatment of their customers.
Fast Forward to 5th February 2025 and despite getting an email 14 days ago saying that the refund would be in my bank account in 5 - 10 days.... coud I remove this review ..... still no refund. Total scam. This was in December 2024. Today, 27th September 2025 I was asked for "further information", there is nothing to add as they will only give me a refund if I remove the review. I cannot in all honesty remove it. They are scammers. I have given up expecting a refund, like all the others.

These guys are real scammers and sly about it. They promised me a refund after I I give them a 4 to 5 star review which I did. Still did not receive my refund then gave them a bad review now I am asked to remove the bad review in order to get my refund. People please be careful ordering online as they portray as a different company. Then your money goes off your account every month for something you can't purchase in South Africa

Scammers
Followed a link on fb to buy speakers, turns out It subscribed to this shitty webpage, they took 10 USD from my creditcard and are now extorting me over email to make a 4 or 5 star review in order to get the refund. Get lost kitchenstyle, you clearly know what you are doing.
