No order confirmation
I have recently placed an order for just two cabinet doors- grey gloss. I paid on a credit card and that has processed through. I have had no email confirmation of my order and no response to the email I sent questioning this and the status of the order. There are no telephone contact details available for the company. In the circumstances I am very unimpressed with the service and am feeling somewhat exposed. I will rely on the credit card should I decide to pull the order in the next few days if I hear nothing from the company soon.

Additionally, upon receiving your email, we made multiple attempts (about 10 times) to send the invoice and confirmation again, but unfortunately, all of these emails have been returned to us as undeliverable.
This indicates that there may be an issue with the email address provided or with the receiving mail server. We suggest checking your spam/junk folder or verifying that your email is accepting messages properly. Great service, reasonable prices

I'd ordered 8 doors and they were all protected really well, which is luckily considering the boxes they came in were smashed up from shipping.
No problems and good prices, will be using again.

Rip off postage costs
Whilst the service was very efficient, i can't possibly give a higher mark when i paid £24 postage for 4x 35cm pieces of metal. Having a very high one off postage cost is crazy. I need to order some tape for the kitchen but that only costs £17 and then it is £24 on top of that to post it...... crazy!

Excellent service, I had an issue with incorrect measurements being received but it was resolved in an efficient and speedy manner. I will definitely be using them again. The doors are beautiful.

Despite a slight error - excellent service
Despite a slight error by the door manufacturers (they forgot to paint them, and sent them out), Kitchenin were very quick to respond and solve the issue by collecting the doors, getting them painted and redelivered inside 10 days - from one end of the country to the other !
Well made (and painted eventually!) and exactly what was promised.

Excellent quality and price, just a little slow with delivery
Goods arrived in perfect condition with packaging really secure. High quality and the best price we could find on the internet. The only downside is that delivery is a little slow, on some of the items, and still waiting for the non standard stuff. So don't expect to get the items in a hurry. Other than that, there are good choices, with great quality and exactly as described.

Good products but customer service is not great
One of the doors arrived damaged, this was reported immediately but unfortunately it will be a month for the replacement. I appreciate it’s Christmas but there should surely be some sort of priority for getting replacements for damaged items.
A week later when starting to fit the doors it was found that of the 22 doors ordered 9 had one of the hinge holes drilled in the wrong place. This again was reported only to be told you have 48hrs from delivery to report any issues. After complaining in writing that this wasn’t a damage problem but an incorrect item issue was told this would be considered once I had provided photographic evidence and IF approved, replacements would be provided, but again there would be a lengthy delay.
I asked if I kept these doors would compensation be available (I asked for £10 per door - I thought this was fair and would work out better financially for them than replacing them all and I could live with blanking caps in the incorrect holes but was told no - only replacing them was an option)
The quality of the products seems good and is at a good price and the flexibility to have custom sizes is what swayed me to use this company, but if you order check every little detail when it arrives as there is not a quick resolution available to any issues.

Unfortunately, there was no picture evidence provided for which we could issue our replacements which were to be investigated after the Christmas break period. We offer all of our customers the opportunity to report discrepancies within the 48 hour time frame after delivery so that we can guarantee a prompt replacement and follow all our policies correctly. When this is not done correctly, any of our responses and replacements will therefore have to take this into consideration.

Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish, need 22 custom made door and drawers made. Easy online ordering, always updated on manufacture/delivery and once I had fitted them, the kitchen look brand new. Great work from this company.
