Service was good on my first order with next day delivery but for my second order I was not notified the product was not in stock and would be delayed by a week. Assuming it would be delivered next day I emailed to see if it would be ok to go out without missing the delivery I was told it wasn’t in stock.

Good quality handles. Courier service used was also good...online tracking and redelivery options.

I ordered the item on the 22nd with it being advertised as next day delivery, I didnt receive it until 6th.

My installer came to take out the old bin, unpackaged this 1 but it didn't come with the various screws needed to install, I had to pay for their time and still no bin installed with an open kitchen unit.

The paper instructions are not very clear at all either.

I thought paying premium for this bin was a good idea but I am regretting that decision now.

I contacted Kitchenfair for advice and from their detailed information chose the Halio Easy Cargo. Very quick delivery, with regular updates. The actual bin was incredibly easy to fit and I am extremely happy with the purchase and helpfulness of Kitchenfair.

The bathroom cabinet handles I ordered were exactly the same spec as the old ones I was replacing and arrived the next day! Great price, great product and very fast delivery! No more to be said.

A delivery fiasco! Great handles but repeatedly out for delivery but failed to drop. Eventually days later we got our next day delivery items.

Online purchase from Kitchenfair of a Vauth Sagel 300 pull out larder with chrome baskets. Lots of choice in all sizes. Chose this one as reputable manufacturer and competetively priced with Free next day delivery included and it arrived in the morning of the next day! Good quality pull out larder which pulls out easily and closes softly. Would buy from Kitchenfair again.

Product supplied is as I expected.

Issue I had was the delivery of the item, I initially had to chase to see if my order had been accepted to then find out my order would be one week late due to insufficient stock. I had to chase to find out all of this, not great customer experience.
