Non-existent service
I bought a microwave from Amazon which turns out to be delivered by kitchen brand store. It is an essential item, but I wanted specific model, so bought this even though it had premium price as I couldn’t get it anywhere else. But they are completely non-responsive on Amazon seller chat for two days. Their tracking has zero updates other than it’s shipped (which was updated several days ago). Yesterday it was finally out for delivery - we were home and waiting for it with OTP. No one came, but suddenly they said “delivery attempted but failed”. No one called either. On top of it, they won’t respond. Very bad service overall. I am writing a review only based on service. I hope at least they will see this and respond.

Update a day later:
Amazon says that you guys use self delivery. After waiting another day, now the order shows that it is cancelled without a reason. How can it be out for delivery, attempted delivery, and cancelled. You need to resolve this with Amazon. There is no easy way to contact you either. Overall very bad experience.

Also, instead of resolving customer issues and experience…your response is rather rude. I will post there also. Customers should know the experience they can expect. I am also not misrepresenting. I clearly mentioned that I bought this on Amazon and sold by you. Please let me know if you need any further information.
