Total Deficiency in Service & Misdelivery - NCH Docket 8810858

I ordered 5 books from KitabLane/Paperlipi on Feb 12, 2026, and paid a total of ₹1,242. Despite my address being in Madhya Pradesh, the company misdelivered my order to Halvad, Gujarat (Tracking: CW192619047IN).
​Even after taking an extra ₹198 from me for 'paper costs' (Transaction ID: T2602131447427468918830), they refuse to refund or reprint. They arrogantly told me I am 'free to complain' and expect me to coordinate with a stranger in Gujarat to get my own parcel.
​As a small proprietor, this has caused me significant business loss and reputation damage. I have officially lodged a government grievance (Docket No: 8810858) under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Avoid this seller at all costs—they take your money and offer zero accountability.
