Cheap product, arrived in a bashed up box. When I tried to return it using their no quibble returns - they never got back to me.

I purchased a hairdryer from this company when mine broke, what the website didn’t make clear when it stated 48 hours despatch, that it was being despatched from China! It took 21 days to arrive so meanwhile I had to purchase another which arrived within 3 days as I couldn’t manage without a hairdryer for more than a few days. They wouldn’t cancel the order as it was apparently en route so I decided that when it arrives, I would save it as a gift for my granddaughter, that was until I saw it when it arrived that is - the box was completely squashed, it looks like a 2nd hand product, there’s no packaging inside the box at all just the hairdryer and a folded piece of paper called the instruction manual, there’s no attachments for the hairdryer included inside the box as per the photo on the website. The hairdryer looks quite good and sturdy, apart from the plug being dirty but the hot/cold button doesn’t work. After numerous emails to the company they are not offering a chance to return the item or a refund hence my bad review.

I bought a laser hair removal it feels very cheap plastic, I thought this was a UK company but they miss leasing people they based in China I send several emails and they don’t reply. 😡
I want to return my order as it seems faulty.
I will have to take this further.

I ordered a dust collector machine the price was £160 i loved how is looks like I didn't expect a really professional one but I thought it's can be good for start, all the product is cheap plastic, barley working I try to return it but they don't even answer for me. I got scared when I seen in a delivery info it's coming from china because looked like a UK company but whats can happen I can refund it's on a website....well not really...

DO NOT BUY FROM KISSPROOF! ITS A SCAM COMPANY IN CHINA. RETURNS HAVE TO GO TO CHINA AND YOU HAVE TO PAY. SIZES ARE WRONG. THEY KNOW THIS BUT ONCE THEYVE GOT YOUR MONEY YOURE SCREWED. PAY £45+ TO MAKE A RETURN?? SHOP ELSEWHERE!

They even don’t deserve a single star. I have ordered a hair styler it took 6 weeks to deliver and it’s rubbish. Just like a crap from Sunday market.they don’t do refund!!! Don’t be a fool like i was.

Kissproof UK Fleece leggings

Using Kissproof UK indicating based in UK when not. Has no business address shown on the Website and order & despatch emails. Also shows an unobtainable London area phone number.
Selecting size in box using UK size sybols suggests UK sizes when not. No warning to check size chart 4/5 scrolls down. Ordered size M & delivered a very small Chinese size ,(23 Label?), sourced and delivered from China that just does not fit. Seller refusing a full refund unless the item is tracked return to the USA with the consumer bearing the cost of £20+ . The majority of reviews and experiences on Trustpilot are BAD indicaing other consumers have encountered the same fate.
A website that is not only misleading but deceives consumers into an unsuitable purchase and then does not adhere to their promises and assurances due to their error in not providing the vital information for the consumer to be in a position to make an informed decision.
Recommend that thus seller should be avoided otherwise it will be money wasted out of your pocket and into their coffers..
I f anyone knows how to remove their website please help by doing so to save other consumers suffering.

Does not even deserve 1star! DO NOT USE this company. Claims to be UK company but had to return item to CHINA. They requested tracked postal service, cost nearly as much as the item. Item was of very poor quality and I didn’t feel the hair tongs were safe to use. Although they have refunded cost of item will not refund any postage. Again. Do not use this company!

absolutely shocking. bought an item of clothing which is miles smaller than the size advertised. i contacted them and they will not exchange, refund or talk to me, apparently it's my fault.

I had a very small size for leggings I ordered, and like many other people in this review, I did complain, and then they really positively responded, and sent me the right size to me for nothing. Of course it took sometime to reach me from China. But they fit perfect this time. I think their customer service policy might have changed. But hope they will make a UK chart more clearly, as size-M I ordered turned out to be their 3XL. so maybe they may have to add the size comparison chart UK, US, and EUR customers in order to avoid this unnecessary confusion, disappointment and extra cost.

This is the worst company to buy anything from.
I bought some leggings, they were absolutely horrendous with the size, i asked for refund they said no, then i asked for an exchange they never emailed back, I have emailed them a few times and still nothing.

Do not use this company. I purchased some leggings that looked lovely but were far too small and really short. I have e mailed them twice now to ask about returning and a refund, they have messaged me back twice asking for my size and completely ignoring my question. They are not as they look in the adverts so please everyone, stay away and do not buy!

Like previous customers I bought their fleece-lined leggings. I'd read they came up small so ordered the XL (I am usually a medium). They fit over the hips but were so short I could not wear them. When I contacted the company as their website states "100% satisfaction guarantee? For real?!
If you don’t love your product, we’ll take it back!" they told me they do not allow returns for the wrong size. I emailed them to say I hadn't picked the wrong size but their product was too short for the average person and since then they have failed to respond. Don't touch them with a barge pole!

I bought some fleece lined leggings. The length was so short I doubt they would have fitted a child, plus they came from China which was not mentioned. The quality was extremely poor and worst of all they are not offering me a refund for incorrect sizing! Very poor quality and service, avoid using this company.

The leggings i brought for £20 was made for a child. The leg length was so small the top of the waist finished at the bottom of my bum!! (I am also only 5ft! So not tall).
I didnt realise these was coming from China either as the company come up on my Google search so be aware.
When I contacted the company to return the item they told me I selected the wrong size so won't allow a refund, I went back to say it is how they been made not that I selected a wrong size and been ignored. Very unprofessional.
