Fast shipping and dress fits really well! I got a lot of compliments on the dress at prom and the dress fit me really well! I would recommend getting your normal size as it fit me perfectly.

The Perfect Dress

Great experience, even greater customer service!

I had originally ordered one style dress and then after a bit (before it shipped) I had changed my mind on the style. I had reached out to their customer support team and was met with prompt responses, care, and kindness. My new style dress arrived promptly (earlier than expected!) and I am in LOVE with it! Particularly, Maisie was VERY helpful and took the time to explain my options to me which I really appreciated! I recommend KissProm!

Beautiful dress

The shipping was faster than we expected. The dress exceeded our expectations. It is exactly as the picture on the website. It is a beautiful dress. The measurements were right. It was a perfect fit. Were are very happy with our purchase. The color is just gorgeous. Thank you to the customer service team (Maisie) for keeping us posted with the orders updates and delivery.

Unreliable shipping information

I placed my order on June 8 for my courthouse wedding dress. After 9 days, I still had not received a shipping confirmation, so I contacted customer service. Their response was difficult to understand and felt like a generic template rather than a reply that addressed my specific concern. I was simply told that the delay was “standard processing.”

My order was also given an estimated delivery window of June 12–15, but that date came and went without the dress arriving. As of June 20, the package is still in transit after shipping from California, leaving me anxious about whether it will arrive in time for my wedding.

I genuinely hope the dress is beautiful when it arrives, but I think future brides should know that, in my experience, the processing time, shipping estimates, and customer service communication did not match the expectations I had when placing my order. If you’re ordering for a wedding or another important event, I would strongly recommend ordering well in advance or choosing a retailer with more reliable fulfillment and clearer communication.

Cheap dresses, won't refund money

We ordered a dress, but sadly the quality was not what was pictured. So we returned the dress and followed all their instructions. The website represented that a refund would be received in 2-3 weeks. No such refund was issued and it has been 6 weeks. I let the company's internal review system know. But have had no contact.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress in March for my daughter for prom. I paid for expedited shipping, however the dress didn’t arrive. I contacted Kissprom a week later and was told there was a delay and I would receive the dress in the next few days. I did but they did not refund the expedited shipping costs. The quality of the dress was poor and it didn’t work for her. I returned it per their policy instructions. They received the dress on April 27 and I still waiting on a refund. I was told (and their website states) refund within 48 hours. That was 6 weeks ago. They are quick to respond to emails but it’s always “there’s a delay, you should expect it in 5-7 business days.” I am still waiting on a refund from which they will deduct a restocking fee. So even if I get a refund it will be about 65% of what I paid for the dress and shipping. This company is untrustworthy and unethical and I would never recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The return process is a nightmare. They received my return on May 10th and I still do not have the money in my account. I have emailed 4 times and have called twice. The dress was over $200 and my refund if I ever get it is only $132. Absolutely insane! They are not helpful at all and will keep your money as long as they can and will return only a portion.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware!
I ordered a $200 wedding dress online and waited weeks for it to arrive, only to discover that it looked nothing like the dress pictured on the website. To make matters worse, the company also sent me a wedding veil that I never ordered.
I immediately contacted customer service and requested a return. Despite the fact that they sent me the wrong dress, they are trying to charge me a $30 restocking fee. Apparently, their return policy changed 24 hours after I placed my order, and they are refusing to waive the fee.
I have sent numerous emails, spoken with a representative, and even provided photos showing that the dress is unworn and still has the tags attached. Yet no one has been willing to help or even respond. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
All I want is to return the incorrect dress and receive a full refund. Why should I have to pay a $30 restocking fee for a mistake the company made?
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Poor quality, misleading photos, and terrible customer service have made this an incredibly frustrating experience.

Would give a 0 if I could

Would give a 0 if I could. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Was told via website dress shipping would be there in 2 weeks… It took 2 months and then when we received LATE after prom date , the dress it smelled like nasty fish to be new almost made us vomit at the smell, my daughter would’ve never worn it even if it came on time! Absolutely disgusting! Return process is a joke! Took over 2 months to get a refund! They never answer the phone or emails! This place is a SCAM STAY AWAY!!! Would never order again!!!

The dresses I bought were beautifully made and high-quality. Customer Service representative named Ellenwas top-notch and worked with me to make sure that the dresses arrived with the correct measurements and in time for our concert event! Would definitely recommend this company.
