SCAM SITE. STAY AWAY

I ordered several items from this company and somehow got some double/triple orders that I received. Most of my orders needed to be returned. As stated on their website, I sent a request for a return via their customer service email address. I received a delayed response asking for pictures. I sent pictures of each and every item and never received a response back. I then, emailed another request for a return and received another delayed response that they still did not receive the pictures. I was not going to send more pictures. After another request, I told them that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and well as make a truthful review on their website. I still did not receive a response and have not been able to return the items. I am trying to get an address to mail the return to but have not been able to find an address on their website. I would never order from this company again. If they cannot return messages, they should not be in business! If you order from this company, BEWARE of the way that they handle returns

After waiting an entire month, I finally received my parcel. Out of the 8 items I ordered, 3 were the wrong size and 1 item was replaced by seller, meaning half of my order was incorrect. I specifically ordered size 6–12 months, but instead received 18 months and 24 months.

I reached out and clearly asked for a refund for the incorrect items, but I have not been refunded — even though the mistake was entirely on their end. Instead of resolving the issue, customer service chose to lecture me about how “babies grow fast” and that it’s “not a big deal.” It is a big deal — I paid for clothes my baby needs now, not clothing that will be impractical to wear in two years.

The customer service experience has been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It’s clear they are not interested in fixing their mistake or providing even basic accountability. I deeply regret ever purchasing from Kissminis and I absolutely do not recommend shopping here. They take your money, send the wrong items, ignore your concerns, and leave you with nothing but frustration. Avoid Kissminis at all costs.

The baby dresses are beautifully crafted with adorable designs. The package shipped within two weeks to the US, making this my favorite store for baby clothes!

Reasonably priced with good customer service, but the sizing chart needs improvement. Size 3-6M is a bit bigger for my baby.

Great designs and quality, but shipping was slower than expected - almost 2 weeks for my clothes. My son loves the clothes, so it's still a good value.
