I have used the same Kiss glue on nails…

I have used the same Kiss glue on nails for quite some time. The nails I use are around £8 a box, which is not the cheapest on the market but the quality is good and the nails look just as good as acrylics. However, I found that the set includes many different sized nails which I don't need, I only need 5 sizes. I messaged Kiss via their facebook page asking them if I could only purchase the nail sizes I required rather than a full size range to cut down on waste plastic (the sizes no good to me are such a waste). I did receive a reply stating that my message had been passed on to the relevant team and I would receive a reply. I didn't get a reply so I commented on one of their facebook adverts, again no reply. I recently sent a "snail mail" letter with a first class stamp and once again no reply. I like their products but, for a large company, their customer services are terrible. A reply of "yes we can supply just certain sizes" or "no we cannot" is all I want to know.
