The order hasn't arrived and they're not providing support.
I am extremely disappointed with both Kirbyservice.eu and the carrier PostNL / StofzuigerOnline regarding Order #23682 placed on 04/04/2026.
I paid a total of €59.90 (€49.95 for the product and €9.95 for shipping), with payment made via bank transfer because the website was presenting errors and did not allow other payment methods.
Since placing the order, I have sent several emails and WhatsApp messages requesting updates and delivery information. The only response I received was a poorly written email claiming that a delivery attempt had been made during the night.
I immediately replied requesting a new delivery during normal business hours, since the delivery address is a commercial/business address and naturally nobody would be available to receive parcels at night.
For many days, the tracking information was either unavailable or not working properly. Only today did the tracking finally update, showing that an alleged delivery attempt had been made and that the parcel was returned to the sender on 30/04.
This situation demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and customer support from both the supplier and the carrier. Customers should not have to chase basic information for weeks while receiving vague and inadequate responses.
I am formally requesting an immediate full refund, including the shipping costs, as the service paid for was clearly not provided correctly.
