I don’t live anywhere near the clinic, but I chose to come here despite the distance because of the exceptionally positive reviews. After my experience, I can honestly say that I would make the same choice again without hesitation.
I had both a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy, and I was extremely nervous about both procedures. The gastroscopy was particularly difficult for me, as I had been afraid of having one for almost ten years.
What made such a difference was the way I was treated. Both the doctor Lars and the nurse were incredibly kind, patient, understanding and reassuring. They never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Instead, they took the time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly and reassure me throughout the process. Their calm and compassionate approach helped me overcome a fear I had carried for many years.
The doctor is highly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced, but what impressed me just as much was his warm and genuinely human manner. He is friendly, calm, charismatic and reassuring, and I immediately felt that I was in safe hands. His professionalism combined with his kindness made it very easy for me to trust him.
The nurse was equally wonderful – gentle, attentive, patient and highly skilled. One small detail particularly amazed me. I have always been told that I have very difficult, thin veins, and that finding a vein on my right hand is especially challenging. Throughout my life, healthcare professionals have struggled to find one there.
She was the first person ever to successfully place an IV in my right hand. I was genuinely amazed! The IV was then used for the medication given for sedation. It may sound like a small thing, but to me it showed her skill, experience, patience and attention to detail.
What I appreciated most was that the care did not stop once the procedure was over. I felt well looked after before, during and after both examinations. The team took the time to explain, guide and reassure me, answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening. I never felt like just another CPR-Nr.. I felt seen, respected and genuinely cared for.
I came here because other patients had spoken so highly of this clinic, and my own experience completely lived up to those expectations.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone who is feeling anxious about an examination. Their medical expertise is matched by something equally important: genuine humanity, compassion and care.
