First saw Kip Candle Co at the Custard Factory, Digbeth in Birmingham just before Christmas 2023 and bought a few candles due to the amazing smell each one had. Love having them lit around my house and anyone that visits always comments on how gorgeous they smell. They burn really well and use all of the wax not just the middle as they burn, not like most candles that are on the market at the moment. Ordered more online and the customer service was amazing so thank you so much Kip for this amazing small business 🥰😍💗

I bought my first candle from Kip Candle Co at a Craft & Flea market in January 2023 and since then I've ordered repeatedly. I've bought at least 8 of their Coast candles alone, as well as others and given them to friends as gifts. Wonderfully curated scents that receive compliments by everyone who walks into our home.

It's obvious that both the owners have a passion for what they do and I love that they focus on the scents taking you to a memory/experience rather than just standard scents. I'm excited to place my next order soon

My wild fig stone collection candle arrived on time and beautifully packaged, with a lovely little waxmelt as a gift.
The candle holder is beautiful, a gorgeous colour and solid. The scent of the candle is delectable, and fills my sitting room with the most amazing aroma - fresh, clean and fruit laden, my new favourite.

Amazing products, smells divine, great packaging and fast shipment.

I ordered the spiced orange candle and it smells absolutely divine it has strong notes but they're not too over powering. They blend very well together, it's a great scent to light for a calming effect on those chilly nights.

Very good communication when a query arose and great quality product. Speedy efficient service.

Wonderful small business passionate about what they do - the candles are amazing - they burn so evenly and for such a long time with beautiful fragrance and they are extremely good value for money - on line ordering is easy and good communication about orders from Kyle and Anna - they put their heart and soul into it and you can tell this business and their customers mean everything to them - I highly recommend that you try their products you will not be disappointed

The mystery box was excellent value and I just loved all the items in it. It was so nice getting a suprise as to the items in it. There were new scents to me in there and it was a good way to try new ones. I have yet to find an item I didn't like from Kip Candle Co. From the quality of the product to the customer service I can't fault any of it.

Beautifully packed and good communication from start to finish. The scents are divine and last for ages. My house smelt like a spa after using the Alpine candle. I love these products!

The spiced orange is my particular favourite but the chai has just arrived and smells equally as wonderful. High quality essential oil which fills the room. Love the products!!

Received my order yesterday, always feels like such a treat when the box arrives! Candles beautifully presented. Haven’t tried many of the more winter scents apart from spiced orange which I love but in the sale I have got alpine and spruce both of which smell amazing. The Spiced Orange candle is a favourite of ours. We love the scent and the container the candle is in. Online purchase is easy and the candles always arrive quickly, are good value and well packed.

The product is divine, it burns evenly, it’s packed full of fragrance and fills the whole room with its scent, protective packaging was excellent as was the gift bag. Just a complete joy.

From ordering to delivery the whole process was simple.
The service was fast and as expected the candles were just devine both in scent and to look at. Just excellent quality and look so expensive but I think they’re great prices as they last so long.
