I placed an order for a gift for my niece for Christmas on 12/20/25, and it is now 1/5/2026 and I have not yet received a tracking number nor item. I have emailed their info and support emails 4 times, have messaged them on messenger, and still no response from anyone. They literally ripped me off. This place is a scam.

Finally received my order although it took longer than expected.
The company gave me a complimentary pair of earrings to compensate.
Everything is very well made and looks lovely.

SCAM - AVOID
Found this site advertised on Pinterest. Looked legit from the website and stupidly didn’t research before ordering. Order status hasn’t updated from ‘Order Confirmed’ and it’s been well over a week. Tried emailing multiple times and no response received from either email address listed as their contact details (one of them being a gmail account). Website also doesn’t display any delivery information so you can’t work out when it’s ’supposed’ to arrive. After waiting ages for an update I decided to research and couldn’t find any reviews on the site bar one which also confirms it’s a scam. AVOID!

I’m pretty sure this is a scam, or perhaps a drop shipping store (a store that orders from Amazon or a cheap supplier then sells it). I saw an ad on Instagram and purchased their earrings because at first, the website looks very legit. However, the features they cite from Vogue, The Guardian etc do not seem to exist and they even use the Trustpilot stars image to say they have a “4.8 rating with 4000+ customers” but you can’t find reviews about them anywhere. As it had been a week and my earrings with “expedited shipping” hadn’t even shipped, I emailed them (which is to a Gmail address, also pretty suspicious) and the reply was very unprofessional in tone and didn’t seem like it was coming from a real business. They also market their drop earrings most, but if you read the fine print about returns, you cannot return earrings! I have yet to receive my order but will be contacting my bank to cancel if I still haven’t next week. I learned my lesson here not to purchase things off insta without researching..

Update: This is definitely a drop ship company as the information I received from Evri says it is coming from 'Cub01', which is used to label unknown sources from China.
