I had an appointment arranged very quickly after my initial enquiry! Mr Karri was very friendly and approachable and put me at ease immediately.
He was very professional.
He advised less surgery than I enquired about which demonstrates that he absolutely wants the best result for his patients.
All communication with the hospital was seamless.

I had WAL surgery on my upper and lower legs with Dr Karri, and the results were incredible. I could see a different straight away. I actually had ankles all along!

Dr Karri was warm, authentic and genuinely interested in Lipoedema. He diagnosed me as early Stage 2 and explained everyone clearly, so I felt fully informed and completely looked after by him and his team throughout.

My legs feel lighter, clothes fit better (even chinos and wellies I couldn't wear before), and I finally have the confidence to wear shorts and skirts this summer.

I had full trust in Dr Karri throughout. I'd absolutely recommend him.

From start to finish Mr Karri and his team at the Kinvara Clinic are exceptional. For my first lipoedema surgery 2 years ago I was treated with compassion, respect and kindness. I was so nervous to have surgery as never had any sort of surgery done before. I was put at ease straight away. The communication between the clinic and myself about my surgery was always fast, efficient and contained everything I needed to know. If I had any questions Mr Karri would be quick to answer them. When he knew I needed my surgery quicker than was available this time around due to a special event he didn’t hesitate to open up another surgery date even though it was his day off.
I would always use Mr Karri for any future surgeries as I trust him completely. I would highly recommend the Karri Clinic.

I have had several surgeries now at Kinvara all with Mr Vasu Karri, all I can say is how lucky are we to have him here in the UK practising , its a 400 mile round trip for me to visit Kinvara but after extensive research this is the only surgeon that I would trust ,his knowledge and expertise is second to none , so down to earth and puts you at ease the minute you meet him, he has a real understanding of not just how to diagnose and treat Lipedema but also how it affects women living with it, I had a couple of complications with my surgeries, nothing to do with the procedure or after care but down to my pre existing health conditions but Mr Karri made sure that I was fully supported by him and kept in close contact with me ,I felt that nothing was too much trouble , all the staff from reception, to theatre nurses etc are kind and courteous and I felt very well cared for all through the process, the hospital is spotlessly clean and would have no hesitation in recommending Kinvara hospital and especially Mr Karri.

I was a day case, the room was very comfortable and clean, had everything that was needed, en suite bathroom

I recently underwent lipoedema liposuction on my legs, along with a knee, thigh and mons lift, with Mr Vasu Karri at Kinvara Hospital in Rotherham — and I can honestly say the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish.
From my very first consultation right through to my 14-week follow-up, the level of care, compassion and professionalism I received was far beyond anything I expected. Mr Karri’s depth of knowledge, expertise and genuine understanding of lipoedema made me feel completely supported every step of the way.
My results have been nothing short of life-changing. Over 4.5 litres of lipoedema removed, 57cm lost, no inflammation, and for the first time in years, full flexibility and freedom in my joints. I’m still healing and already the transformation is remarkable.
What stood out most was the empathy and reassurance offered throughout. Mr Karri doesn’t just treat the condition — he understands the emotional and physical weight of living with it. His skill and meticulous care have given me a new lease of life, and I will be forever grateful.
Thank you, Mr Karri, for giving me the best possible journey and results I could have hoped for. If you’re considering treatment for lipoedema, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

NHS referral for a gynaecologist procedure. What a fantastic team and the care I received was amazing from the consultant, anaesthetist, nurses and support workers.

I attended Kinvara Private Hospital on Tuesday 26th August for bilateral lower limb lipoedema liposuction. From the moment that I walked into reception, I felt welcomed and at ease. The nursing staff were so friendly and helpful. (A special mention to Teresa and Dawn!). Mr Karri was so down to earth and friendly. He made sure that all my problem areas were being targeted (plus he really knows his stuff!) And all the surgical staff managed to keep my nerves at bay with their knowledgeable but relaxed manner.
Before I knew it, I was back in my room having a cup of coffee and some toast.
My overnight stay gave me the chance to rest and the reassurance that my medical needs were going to be met.
Overall, the hospital was a beautiful, comfortable place to have my procedure. And I would 100% recommend Mr Karri and his staff. I can now look forward to a new outlook on life without the pain and trauma that lipoedema brings with it. And I will be forever grateful. 🙏🏼

Visited Kinvara for physio earlier this year and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff. all staff I met were very pleasant and courteous.
A special mention for Matt Mortimer the physio who I would give a gold star to. First time visiting this hospital but I would definitely go again. Beautiful place and superb staff. From Linda Bargery.

So .. this week .. Thursday 21/8 I had my surgery with the amazing Mr Vasu Karri @ Kinvara Private Hospital Rotherham 🥂

I had General anaesthetic, as an overnight procedure.
Bilateral lower limb lipoedema liposuction (ankles to groin level & calves) and bilateral medial thigh lifts and knee lifts Liposuction to mons and lift ( yes you can have Lipoedema in your mons girls 😩)

Absolutely superb treatment and care and consideration .. !

Mr Karri and his team were amazing . Obviously you have pre treatment nerves but Mr Kari made me feel totally at ease and his enthusiasm is catching . The staff were amazing and I received what could only be described as 5 star plus treatment . Would highly recommend

From the moment I entered the hospital I was treated very well, from the receptionist to the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful and Mr Karri was professional and fully explained everything he was doing. I had 'dark spots' removed from my face and am very pleased with the procedure, it has completely removed them and given me back my confidence

Had keyhole surgery done here, and I’ve got nothing but good things to say. The nurses were lovely and could not do enough for me. checking in and making sure I was alright. Spotless place, top notch care. Would definitely tell anyone to go there if they needed treatment. Lovely hospital!

Had surgery this week the whole process with Dr Karri was superb. Great consultation and advice putting my mind at rest. The whole Team from reception to the doctors and nurses are professional and efficient. I was well looked after and would highly recommend.

Firstly the staff are so down to earth, kind and friendly,receptionist was quite snotty refusing me to use the toilet until I was admitted,I was referred for gyny through the nhs,,let me tell u now,,what you see on the website is not what you get,was in a shared room ,so glad the lass I was with was local and easy to get along with,,the room was tiny and cold and was what felt like a celler, after all the paper work is done it's extremely boring with no more interactionfrom staff,was told we were morning surgery was 1.30pm,apparently changed the list,,dnt know why because its not a case of emergencies, i suspect paying patientsget priority and this really relfexed,8 and half hours without a drink ,both myself and the lass who was in
with me hand stonking headaches ,woke from anesthetic and was rushed back to the room,i felt extremely sick and was not given anti sicknessand was in alot of pain without being offered any pain relief,,in the end i did have to ask for something,as lovely as the staff are,,I would not use again if offered on the nhs,,iv had over 18 surgerys in 9 years within nhs hospitals and the care,interaction and overall experience far outways what I experienced at kinvara,

Referral from NHS, this hospital was excellent and excelled on all levels, what the NHS couldn't achieve in 20+ years this hospital did in 10 days, consultation and surgery, can't thank the team here enough has changed my life after 40+years of needing surgery

This was my second visit to the Kinvara Private Hospital within twelve months under Mr Karri for Lipoedema Liposuction and skin removal on both arms (previously Lipoedema Liposuction on both legs). The whole team at the hospital from the minute you walk in the door are genuinely warm and friendly and put you at ease. My stress levels were off the chart but by the time I went into surgery Mr Karri and his team had clamed me down and put me at ease. Only a week post op so still recovering. Was really pleased with the outcome of my first op on my legs, so looking forward to seeing the results of this one. A big thank you to all the staff.

The whole team were amazing. Thanks to the reception team, 🙎💁‍♀️ who were quick and efficient in sorting out any queries I had.

Mr Slater, who did the op, and has done such a good job that I have not needed any pain relief at all. Not even paracetamol.

Thanks to him 😷🔪 and to the anaesthetist, for his excellent work.😷💉

Also "Nurse Nightmare" (she'll know who I mean) 👩🏿 who told me post op, that if I wanted anything I just had to ask, but when I asked her to fetch me a couple of beers they never arrived. Nightmare! I only got water🥛

Joking aside though, this was my first ever operation so I felt anxious at the prospect. I needn't have though, as the whole thing was dealt with profesionally, and in a relaxed and calming manner, so I felt at ease from start to finish.
I cannot praise them enough, and highly recommend the hospital, and all its staff.

What a wonderful hospital and Team of professionals at Kinvara.
I’ve been home a week from my surgery now, which I was extremely anxious about and I’m doing amazing.
As soon as I arrived at Kinvara I was put at ease, the reception staff, the Nurses and health care assistants were so lovely, friendly and couldn’t do enough for me.
My surgeon Mr Singh was amazing, he was constantly reassuring me, he met with me before the procedure, then checked on me numerous times that same day after the operation to make sure I was ok.
Thank you to you all, I would 100 % recommend Kinvara and all of its Staff.
