Tried to cancel order once I'd managed to find an alternative as there was no update on when my order would be with me. Very poor service

Absolutely disgrace of a company, returned an item over 3 weeks ago, continuously emailing that items have arrived at returns address with no communication at all or refund. Shambles of a company will be escalating further.

Doesnt even deserve one star! Avoid ordering from this place . Ordered a week ago you get a confirmation email and that is it even with express delivery 1-2 days. Messaged on instagram email and even through there website. Absolute scam artists order no 4050 either refund my order or send it out or trading standards will be getting contacted!!

Don’t buy from here!!!

I spent £148 on a set that I’ve been wanting for ages I did trust this place but now I don’t they send me no emails only from when I placed the order then they randomly cancel my order with no explanation or reason and sent 7 emails and messaged them on social media I orders last Tuesday and it’s been a week without a response on any social media or emails my order number was #4041 I hope I get my refund because I want my money back because I’m sick of being messed around with no emails back ur Ment to reply back what a business this is

I messaged the company on both…

I messaged the company on both Instagram and Tik tok and also sent an email. All of these were ignored. I ordered two items from this company with no response. This is clearly an issue as I see plenty of people have had the same issue. All I want is my stuff or a refund. Can’t understand how you can put on your website about being such a professional company with the way you treat a customer. Should have checked the review before i ordered anything.

It's not very often I will go out the way to leave a bad review...

It's not very often I will go out the way to write anything negative online but I feel I need to be honest.

So I ordered christmas presents on the 12th of December (bearing in mine it takes 1 to 3 days delivery) I spent a value order of £240 so yes it was not a huge amount. By the 22nd I had still not received anything so I wrote to the business page on Instagram asking for an update on my order. My message was ignored.
I also sent a 2nd message after Christmas which again was ignored.

Then without ANY any email or correspondence from the company, on the 28th, my order was cancelled. I still do not know the reason.

I understand that over the festive period mistakes can happen, but the zero communication is and was totally unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I was refunded eventually on the 29th, 17 days after placing the order.

Hopefully after posting this i can get answers.

Bought clothes and 6 days later still not arrived. Paid 2 days express delivery should have been delivered last Friday. No contact from company, tracking info etc nothing. If not heard anything by tomorrow reporting to trading standards.
