While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They start KYC only after you request cashout, not earlier. Delays every time.
They talk about a no-deposit sign-up bonus, but it turns out you need to enter some promo code during registration that isn’t clearly shown anywhere. I only found out from a forum after already registering, and support wouldn’t apply it retroactively. Feels like they don’t actually want people to get it.
On phone, it kept asking to enable push notifications, no option to say “never”. Annoying.
They’ve set this weird daily withdrawal limit that’s way lower than other sites. If you’re lucky and win a bit more, you have to split it over several days. Meanwhile deposits have no such limit, of course. It’s very one-sided and feels greedy.
Some games keep playing sound even after you close them, so music overlaps if you open another slot. Only way to fix is log out. Reported to support and they just told me to refresh the page, which doesn’t always help. Sloppy technical work.
Would be useful to see how long I’ve been playing. Here you completely lose track.
I like playing in landscape, but the site is clearly built for portrait. Menus overlap, some buttons go off-screen. Barely usable unless you rotate your phone, which I hate doing constantly.
The site kept disconnecting me even though my internet was fine. It’d kick me out of live blackjack mid-hand and then by the time I rejoined, the shoe had changed and my bet was gone. They didn’t refund anything when I complained. Very frustrating.
Told them I don’t want bonuses because I hate wagering, and yet every deposit I make has some popup trying to force a bonus on me. One time I accepted by accident and then had to wager forever just to get my own money free again. Let people opt out properly.
Their site pretends to support multiple languages, but half the pages are still in English when you switch. Some emails come in another language entirely. It feels sloppy and made me double-check everything twice to be sure I understood the terms. Not a smooth experience.
Even though it’s an online casino open 24/7, their support isn’t. At night, you just get a form to send an email. Problems don’t only happen during office hours, so that’s pretty outdated.
Clicked unsubscribe several times, promos still arrive. Feels like spammer behaviour.
