Service getting worse
I've been subscribing this website for almost a decade. Recently I was trying to update an expired credit card, but none of the payment methods they provided went through. I tried 4 credit cards from three different banks and PayPal, but all of them are "declined". I checked with my bank but they didn't see any charge attempts from them. I contacted support and "Opal" responded me with template that asking me to contact with the bank. I'm very frustrated with this situation.
