The salesman lied about how much power would be produced. I got suckered into a $43k loan because I was told I would only have a small power bill during the summer months. Now my system has not been producing any power for over 3 months and it is taking 40 days to get a tech out to fix it. I had an appointment and called to confirm, the lady said someone was supposed to call me to say it was canceled. She said they fired thier tech so I would have to wait 2 weeks until someone could come out. I should have done my research and should not have signed on the day the salesman was at my house. This company is absolutely terrible! Do not go with Kin Home Solar!
