I would give 0 Stars if I could. Ordered on 12/27. Never received. Communication is terrible.

This is a scam some Chinese outfit pretending to be legit in the us have just ripped me of 200$ don’t fall into the scam . I have tried to contact them several times no response

I was also scammed. I paid $200 for a jacket a month ago. I have not received anything and can not get a response from the company.

I placed an order in December 2023 it is now February 16th 2024 and still have not received my order. They will not even answer anymore.

Couldn't have been much worse of a buying experience. I was told the shoes would arrive in 14-21 days, only for them to arrive nearly a month and a half later. The shipping number I was given was fake and I had to badger customer support to get an ACTUAL tracking number, which again, gave a wildly incorrect arrival date. But whatever, at least I got my shoes now right? Well no...I got A pair of shoes but not THE pair I saw online and paid for. Completely different design, seemed cheaply made and didn't fit despite me ordering an entire size higher than my actual shoe size (13) to try to ensure they WOULD fit. Obviously, I wanted a refund but here's the real kicker - I couldn't get one because I had passed the 14 day return/refund window, which starts on the expected arrival date. Y'know...the expected arrival date that was more than 3 weeks earlier than when my shoes ACTUALLY arrived.

It would've been much quicker and simpler for me to just say this was a scam as opposed to typing all this out, but hopefully this explanation serves as a good example for how exactly phony companies like this scam people and the next person will know what to look out for - not just from these liars - but from the next fraudulent company as well. I'd give this zero stars if I could.

This Chinese company are selling under the disguise that they are a British company, or American company etc etc. Before anyone buys from a Chinese company, do some digging, They have to be registered and have to be honest about point of origin, which many don't but should. You will only get chepa shoddy products, IF you get them at all!!
Best thing for the future, is, DON'T BY FROM CHINA!

The shoes were really poor quality - cheap plastic-like. The size was much smaller than I ordered. Although the web site says UK sizes, they are actually US!!!!!

When I tried to return them, the process took TWO months. The person I emailed offered me discounts each time I messaged. It started with 50% off ordering a different pair, then 80%, then a free pair, then keep the existing shoes for a 50% discount and then 80% discount.

After loads of emails, they eventually provided return info. From ordering to receiving a refund for the poor quality and incorrectly fitting shoes took over TWO MONTHS.

Basically, these are cheap Chinese rubbish and if you return them, they mess you around and send patronising messages until you threaten them, at which point, they give you the address in China to return the shoes.

It is significant that their reviews on their web site are all 4/5 stars yet on an independent site, they are 1/2 stars. I submitted a review to their web site and it did not get published because I did not give them 4/5 stars.

Horrible fit. I ordered an 8.5 and they were WAY too big. Kingsman does NOT pay for shipping to return the shoes. If you want to return them, you need to pay for shipping...to China! Instead, Kingsman sold me a second pair, size 8, for $13. It's worth noting that the shoe size is NOT listed ANYWHERE on the shoe. The box has a size on it but not in standard format (my box says that the size is either 'B12' or '42'. I don't know which as the label is in Chinese). My second pair came and were still too big. It turned out to be a good thing, though, as these are horribly uncomfortable shoes. I had to buy aftermarket inserts, which is why it was good that they were too big. Don't be fooled, these are plastic vinyl, cheap material, made in China novelty shoes. They look nice, but are junk. I'll wear mine until they fall apart or my feet begin to hurt too much. Never again will I buy Kingman's Shoes.

The advert gives you the impression that the company is based in the U.S. On receiving my shoes, it is clear that they are not as there are Chinese characters on the side of the box and the chemical smell of the shoes. I am sure they are NOT leather as stated. They are still a really nice looking pair of shoes but certainly NOT what I was expecting. I ordered up by a half of size as recommended and they are very, very tight to get on and when on are very lose fitting for me. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Judging from other reviews, I consider myself lucky to have even received the shoes. That's why I gave them two stars instead of one.
However, as most everybody is saying, they look REALLY sharp in the ads, but they are cheap Chinese mass-produced garbage. My shoes are actually made of plastic. Don't waste your money.

They lost my package the tracking number does not work and they refuse to contact me. I have sent a dozen emails and they refuse to acknowledge any problem. They took my money and gave me nothing!

Hid the fact they are a cheap Chinese knock off. Bought 2 pair and neither fit. Total garbage and waste of money.

Liars, thieves, and will steal your money and waste your time. Complete hogwash that I received what I ordered. When complaining, I got the run around, (send pictures, confirms shipping label, send pictures of boxes, etc). And finally when I confirmed they were not even close to the standard sized shoes by sending them pictures of other shoes in the size I requested, they said I had to ship the shoes back to China at a cost that exceeded my original purchase price. Liars, cheats, and thieves. Literally. I have 100% documentation on this if anyone wants the proof, please reach out. Would love to share this information with a police agency.

The company says it's based in U.S. however, it is clear that they are not. The shipping time alone would be a enough to confirm this, but another dead give away is the box. Chinese characters on the side of the box and not americanized spelling of words. I honestly didn't mind or worry about the time though, just happy I got them. They are still a really nice looking pair of shoes and they fit well. I ordered up by a half of size as recommended and I have no complaints about the actual products as of yet aside from the chemical odor when opening the box originally. I will have to see how good the quality and durability are but as of yet I do like them and would not speak against them nor would I recommend them at this point.

Terrible, the delivery time is crazy, then when you communicate with then they have an attitude for you calling them out on their scam... Avoid at all cost...

Cannot get through to arrange a return. The website gives an email to contact and stipulates you must send a message to receive details on the returns process and a returns address. However all messages bounce back saying the email address does not exist. Total scam!
