They do not honor their motto.
I bought a wallet in 2020 and loved it. Unfortunately I recently lost it. Support was VERY quick to respond which is nice but absolutely refuses to honor their lifetime warranty; telling me that a lost wallet doesn't cover it. It literally says on their site "Any time, any reason" for a replacement and I remember it being the same when I bought the wallet 6 years ago. Do not purchase products from this company. Their warranty is a blatant lie.

Apart from the fact that the product lines are great, their customer relationship is super. Response is prompt and they are willing to do extra for clients satisfaction. Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! Unfortunately this company is a fraud. They mention how good their quality is and how they offer a lifetime warranty. This is completely false. I bought over $4000 worth of merchandise from them. I bought a brand new luggage set from them and the second time I used it the zipper broke on 2 of them. I bought a gold ring and less than a month the ring is scuffed scratched and looks horrible. I also bought a gold watch that never worked. I’ve emailed them several times and all I get is the runaround from them stating to send pictures videos and have not received anything in response. I will also pursue a complaint from the better business bureau because Kings Loot is stealing everyone’s loot. They have horrible customer service and do not stand behind any of their products. Shame on you Kings loot.
